I stayed here for a weeks holiday through Ingham's this January. It was a wonderful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. There was excellent heating throughout, particularly in the bathrooms to enable wet clothes to dry. We had a standard double room with en suite and access to a shared balcony which looked over the snowy forest.
The hotel was in an excellent location at the top of the hill in Levi resort and all main town attractions were all walking distance.
We had booked half board and breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes. Evening meal was also buffet style with 3-4 main course options. The food was nice enough but, as with any buffet set up, it felt a bit samey for a week so we did eat out a couple of nights. The addition of the bar and seating area on the ground floor was excellent and many groups would gather here in the evenings after tea for drinks and games.
The staff were always friendly and helpful and I could not fault their service.

An overall wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing for just walking into the village and couldn’t be better placed really. The rooms are sufficient, I wouldn’t say luxury but you don’t go for the hotel so it’s not really a problem. They are warm enough to say the temperature outside and nicely decorated. 6 of us stayed here and there were 3 bedrooms with a mezzanine floor. We all fit comfortably and it was more than ample for our stay. The only issues I would say were the beds were quite small and we didn’t really enjoy breakfast that much. In terms of gluten free for breakfast they had a little section but not really any normal cereal, and the bread was quite hard, couldn’t really be toasted due to cross contamination. So we didn’t really eat in the hotel at all we just went out as it was a better experience. But overall I wouldn’t say the hotel was bad, just could be a little better in certain areas.

Fantastic hotel second time we have been and we will definitely be back next year, the staff are lovely and the rooms are to . We stayed in the deluxe suite, it really was lovely . Clean bedding and fresh towels, cleaners were very nice too.
Food was nice could do with a bit more variety on evening meals but we enjoyed it and my nephews tried different things. We can't wait to come back. We went with inghams and there were fantastic and very helpful
