We had superior rooms and they were brilliant! We had a living room, sauna and great coffee. The rooms were silent, you could hear no noise from other rooms or from the corridor which was perfect. The location is walking distance to the slopes and centre were all the bars and restaurants are so you can’t get a better location. The spa however is very disappointing, it’s not a spa but a kids pool which needs a serious refurbishment! We went in once and never again because the jacuzzi / hot tubs were cold and the whole spa was unpleasant and noisy. This is a real shame as we were excited about spending a lot of our time in the spa relaxing and was one of the reasons we choose the hotel.

My son and I stayed here over half term. Lovely clean room with excellent Wi-fi!
My son is vegan and the restaurant was excellent - there were often options available in the main buffet but once they realised he was vegan they cooked a dish each evening for him: nuggets, mince dish etc. They also brought out sorbet and soya yoghurts. Oat and soya milk always in the fridge.
We will definitely be returning!

The hotel is really nice, check in was easy and we had everything we needed in our room. The rooms are spread out over several different buildings, this is quite nice because it’s a bit quieter and we didn’t often hear other guests. But is does mean that you have to put on your thermals etc. to walk over to the main building for breakfast! The room was nice and warm, great seeing as it got to -22C outside!
We went half board, the buffet breakfast and dinner were really nice. Not great vegetarian options, but good fish and meat dishes. Also noticed they clearly labelled up dishes containing allergens. Bar in the dining room was reasonably priced for Levi, €30 for a bottle of red wine was a lot cheaper than we saw in other places. There is also a pizza restaurant and another restaurant on site if you wanted to pay for something different. And a Burger King!
The spa is great and entry is included if you’re staying in the hotel. Lots of different pools, shame the outside jacuzzis were out of order when we were there though.
Great location - close to the ski rental shops, supermarket and quite a few bars in town. Also only 15-20 min transfer from Kittilä airport.
Would recommend, and would stay there again if we went back to Levi.

We stayed 9-16th Feb 20 with our 2 sons 9 & 6. We booked through Inghams and stayed half board. We were in block 6. Please note this accommodation is separate from the main eating areas. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The drying cupboard was well used! Beds are a bit soft. The staff were all friendly.
Wrap up warm. Lots of layers. Our coldest day was minus 22.
The airport transfer is so quick. Less than 20 minutes to the hotel.
The pool was great and eased tired legs. It’s accessed through the spa area or via Burger King. Bear this in mind if you consider alternative accommodation as it’s 68 euros to use the pool for a family of 4 for one visit. Flip flops/sliders would be handy to take for use at the pool.
The food at the hotel was good. Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner.
There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel. Great for buying snacks/drinks to store in the room. They sell sledges for 6 euros each after we bought ours from Zero point for 12 euros each.
Also consider booking lift passes/equipment direct at Levi.fi. Our boys went to ski school but also had a private lesson which made a huge difference. We paid 122 euros for 1.5 hour for 2. The walk to Zero point is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
We found the south point area was so much better for our boys after their first lesson. Longer carpet lift and then a lovely button lift giving them a longer run. We took the ski bus from outside Zero point. It’s 3 euros each if bought from the lift pass desk for a day or 3 euros each for each journey if bought on the bus.
We did the husky and reindeer trip. Places in town to book direct and tourist information is opposite the Levi. Our boys preferred the husky trip. Wrap up as it was very cold.
We had a fantastic holiday. Great hotel, great skiing/conditions. The slopes were well groomed and quiet. No queues. Great place for children to learn. Our boys didn’t want to leave.

Room tip: Block 9 is closer to reception/dining area.

We stayed her over Christmas and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel just completed it all for us, the room was ace, a sauna a treat and the staff were super helpful too. The swimming pools, slides and outdoor hot tubs were totally 5 star, just needed after a day in the snow. Also, the bowling and kids soft play is amazing too. I can not recommend the hotel enough, it was perfect!
