Never again.
Do not believe the reviews from those who did not live in the hotel, but only visited the pool or restaurant.
The hotel is not worth the money. Rooms are located in separate buildings. Paper walls - you can hear any sound from the next room. Buildings and rooms are very tired.
A huge flow of people, just crowds.
Hotel/rooms.
Rooms look tired, look like guesthouse but not as 4 stars hotel. A lot if scratches, broken walls and so one. No kids TV channels, TV model is old, so have no YouTube, Netflix, you can't connect your devices, for example.
If you think that this is a SPA hotel, then it is NOT, you have probably never been to a real SPA hotel. To get to the "Spa", you need to take your towels, put on all winter clothes and go to the Burger King entrance (300-500 meters) which is the entrance to the "Spa". But it's a swimming pool zone from 90s.
In rooms no bathrobe, no normal shower gel or shampoo. No sauna. Why is it called a spa hotel?
The swimming pool opens from 12 till 19:30 - really spa??? Common guys, how to rest after skiing and lunch?
Restaurant.
For breakfast, you need to go outside (5 min walk) wearing all winter clothes. 3 times per day, you can imagine if you have kids, how long it takes.
Breakfast in the restaurant ( is more like in the hostel) dirty, and poorly cleaned. A lot of garbage, really, a lot!!!
Breakfast till 10 even on weekends. Guys, common. If your clients it's package tourists - ok, you don't care about guests, who want to sleep and rest and not hurry up to breakfast.
In the evening we decided to have dinner. The cost for two was 58 euros, two adults for 29 euros, and the child was free. The next day, they began to count food for the child for 14 euros. In one day the rules changed. At the reception, they said that the child is free, in the restaurant - already for a fee.
If a child eats one piece of sausage, you still need to pay 14 euros.
We stayed 6 nights. Food was the same every day. Eggs, bacon, and beans. For 1-2 days ok, but not for long-term staying.
We sew for breakfast. There were a few empty tables, but it was dark and no lights were on. We asked to turn on the light but received the answer that there are no light bulbs.
In the restaurant is no children's corner here, for example, with toys.
The staff was not welcoming and friendly. They didn't want to help. They don't care about your problems. They look at you like a donkey and don't understand what you are asking about. We asked the room for silence and an important call, the staff advised the lobby when all the tourists had left.
Only one guy at the reception helped us when we asked for a taxi.
A good children's room, but like the spa - in another building.
Not recommended for normal guests, who want to get some quality service.
