We visited in January and stayed in a junior suite - room 274. The room had a Sauna and was well equipped and comfortable. Great shower, separate toilet, good balcony and the most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in (and we have travelled!!!). The room was warm and comfy with a sofa and chair and bar area with fridge. WiFi at the hotel works perfectly, no messing around with logins, it just works! Other hotels could learn from this. Same can be said for the facilities in the room like lighting - works well and with a touch of class. The block for us was block 2 with a direct route to the Spa which is included for free with a suite. This means walking through the public Burger King though, so be warned! Spa is good though and we enjoyed a few visits. We stayed half board and the restaurant is very ‘average’ with repetitive food. Good quality and does it’s job, but we went out a couple of times and felt we needed to! Same for breakfast, same every day but decent quality. You can buy drinks too at the ‘bar’ at dinner if you want wine or beer, but we just had a jug of water and the free juice and then went to the pubs!
So the pros of this place; great staff and location. Good rooms and amazing bed! The cons; good luck on housekeeping, the slightest hint you don’t want to be disturbed and they will not service the room! Also the food is very average and the dining room feels like a canteen… but as a well located comfortable stay we’d come again! Just get the suite guys, have the sauna and space if you can!

Room tip: The dinner meal times say 5:30 to 7:30 but I’m sure they serve later and they try and arrange sittings! We had food at 5pm and also at 8pm..

We stopped in the family suite which was fantastic as we had a 14 year old so it was sort of like 2 rooms in one. The food was very good although breakfast was quite repetitive with not a lot of variations but we managed to eat ok. The evening selection was variable and we were able to try new things, who knew I would like pickled herring. The room was kept clean and topped up tea bags and coffee pods when asked. We had a sauna and shower both of which were great although shower could have had a bigger spray for me but it was still adequate.
My only real complaint was on arrival we had to wait for our room for 3 hours and had nowhere to leave our luggage so we had to stay close to keep an eye on them, which prevented us getting our ski gear so missed the free afternoon we would have got to explore and find our feet, it also meant we lost over half the next day getting boots and things supplied due to the rush and wait for the assistance and time of year it being christmas holiday.
Went to the Spa once which I enjoyed but the girls were a bit more dubious due to the lack of privacy in the changing rooms and some facilities requiring the removal of bathing suit.

Never again.

Do not believe the reviews from those who did not live in the hotel, but only visited the pool or restaurant.
The hotel is not worth the money. Rooms are located in separate buildings. Paper walls - you can hear any sound from the next room. Buildings and rooms are very tired.

A huge flow of people, just crowds.
Hotel/rooms.
Rooms look tired, look like guesthouse but not as 4 stars hotel. A lot if scratches, broken walls and so one. No kids TV channels, TV model is old, so have no YouTube, Netflix, you can't connect your devices, for example.
If you think that this is a SPA hotel, then it is NOT, you have probably never been to a real SPA hotel. To get to the "Spa", you need to take your towels, put on all winter clothes and go to the Burger King entrance (300-500 meters) which is the entrance to the "Spa". But it's a swimming pool zone from 90s.

In rooms no bathrobe, no normal shower gel or shampoo. No sauna. Why is it called a spa hotel?
The swimming pool opens from 12 till 19:30 - really spa??? Common guys, how to rest after skiing and lunch?
Restaurant.
For breakfast, you need to go outside (5 min walk) wearing all winter clothes. 3 times per day, you can imagine if you have kids, how long it takes.
Breakfast in the restaurant ( is more like in the hostel) dirty, and poorly cleaned. A lot of garbage, really, a lot!!!

Breakfast till 10 even on weekends. Guys, common. If your clients it's package tourists - ok, you don't care about guests, who want to sleep and rest and not hurry up to breakfast.
In the evening we decided to have dinner. The cost for two was 58 euros, two adults for 29 euros, and the child was free. The next day, they began to count food for the child for 14 euros. In one day the rules changed. At the reception, they said that the child is free, in the restaurant - already for a fee.
If a child eats one piece of sausage, you still need to pay 14 euros.
We stayed 6 nights. Food was the same every day. Eggs, bacon, and beans. For 1-2 days ok, but not for long-term staying.
We sew for breakfast. There were a few empty tables, but it was dark and no lights were on. We asked to turn on the light but received the answer that there are no light bulbs.

In the restaurant is no children's corner here, for example, with toys.
The staff was not welcoming and friendly. They didn't want to help. They don't care about your problems. They look at you like a donkey and don't understand what you are asking about. We asked the room for silence and an important call, the staff advised the lobby when all the tourists had left.
Only one guy at the reception helped us when we asked for a taxi.
A good children's room, but like the spa - in another building.
Not recommended for normal guests, who want to get some quality service.

Room tip: It's a not 4 star hotel and not SPA hotel

Rooms
We stayed at the hotel for a week, in which we got married in Levi. We had a family suite which was extremely large and had a sitting area, a family dining table, microwave, sauna and. The room was very quiet and looked across a quiet car park. There was also a balcony which was great.
This was extremely clean and had a great selection of toiletries, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities.
Location
This is a very close to the centre, as are all places in Levi which is very small. I would definitely recommend this for families as there is a water centre..
Staff
The staff were very friendly, and the reception was always manned.
Food
The breakfast and dinner are both buffet style with a good choice of food including breads, cereal, fruit, cheese, ham and cakes. There was always plenty of food available.
