The home from home feel of the angel is just so nice. We were staying with friends in Pershore over new year and this became our go to place. We just love the home farm menu, the proper english ales and the team are so polite and friendly.

We stayed one night as we were visiting relatives nearby. We are so glad we did. It’s such a lovely, welcoming, characterful place. The room was clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated, if rather small for us and a very large dog. Dog bed, bowls and treats were provided. The staff are absolutely charming, lovely to us, and completely spoiled the dog. Food and drink were excellent, served in lovely cosy surroundings. The absolute epitome of what an English town centre coaching inn should be. Excellent
The staff have no clue how to maintain the fire. I was forced to leave when one of the bar staff tried to rekindle the fire by keeping the woodburner door ajar with smoke bellowing into the room. Smoke and carbon monoxide can kill people. I've only got one lung after surgery and was forced to leave so I could breathe. They really need to train their staff .
Our two night stay last weekend being the latest in our annual gathering of 15 friends has gone down as one of the most enjoyable for the most part due to the wonderful staff at the Angel. We found them smart, courteous, extremely polite and eager to help and respond to all our requests. They were also happy to join in the spirit of fun that we usually generate adding to the very warm and hospitable atmosphere, excellent accommodation, great food and good beer at this delightful hotel.

This is delightful hotel. Very clean. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They were all so friendly and full of advice regarding local attractions, and stories about the building.
Rooms are beautiful, full of character. Breakfast is gorgeous, sausages and bacon are delicious. Evening menu had a varied choice and something for everyone.
We will definitely be back in the new year, to try out any new ciders you have, shepy is very nice...........

***TERRIBLE*** Stayed at the hotel and booked a suite. Be warned this was no suite. Hot water was only lukewarm, (said was a fault with boiler) untidy and tatty inside, cracked floor tiles, rotting window frames, dirty furniture, constant noise of extracting fan from kitchen, iron was broken and poured water all over clothes, bed very uncomfortable …. Complained at the time, Manager said he would pass my complaint onto the real manager…….two weeks gone still not heard anything!!
Very poor, treat with utter caution as our experience was awful.
