Wonderful staff, each and every one was smiling and helpful. Food was well cooked and carefully presented and the room was clean and bright.
Car parking behind the hotel by a field that led to the river; outside seating with patio heaters for cooler weather.
Strangely, no buffet at breakfast but just ask for whatever you want (cereals, breads, juices etc) and it’s served promptly. Hot breakfasts cooked to order from the menu. All products are fresh and local, many coming from the hotel’s own farm
Town centre location gives easy access to Pershore Abbey and Market; Evesham is a 15 minute drive.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Comfortable room with good wifi. Excellent location to explore the town and surrounding area. Food was good and well presented. Access to hotel car-parking is at rear of the hotel off the main high street and is free for guests.

Room tip: Rooms at front look out on the high street. A shop alarm went off in the early hours and you may get a bit of traffic noise.

We stayed 2 nights with Ellie ,our anxious and reactive rescue Labrador ( not nasty but jumpy/barky when unsure) All the staff were very helpful and went over and above to make us relaxed and comfortable. The room was beautiful , with a surprise dog bed , bowl & treats . The breakfasts & evening meals were excellent , with plenty of choice to keep us all happy ( Ellie was even served her own sausages at breakfast)
Great location with plenty of nearby dog walks . Will definitely be going back .

I attended a very well organised Hen Party which was overseen by Beth the events coordinator. There was nothing that was too much for her. The whole day flowed beautifully with her as our guardian!! All the staff that served us from afternoon tea, cocktail making, evening diner and bar staff were just awesome. All the food we had was amazing and tasty. I would happily recommend this venue for an event.

Room tip: A narrow entrance to the car park but ok when driven with care.
