What a friendly little bar front ! Popped in for an early evening drink and was met with a warm greeting and a cold drink !
Particularly a heads up to Grace who was coming to the end of a long shift on a hot day and was still showing a passion for her role and ensuring her customers were looked after and felt valued.
A credit to the business !

Our room was very disappointing. Double room at back of hotel, smelt of sewage and mould. The beds were old and worn out, terrible sleeping experience. Poor quality curtains, let most of the daylight at 5.30am. Spoilt rest of what seemed a nice hotel.

Room tip: Check room before paying, quality seems to vary greatly

Fantastic venue, really really lovely staff, my husband arranged a suprise 40th birthday celebration for me in the newly refurbished Banking Hall which is just such a lovely venue. Can’t recommend the place enough! The staff were all brilliant and we loved it. Most of our guests stayed in the hotel and it was fabulous too!

Wonderful staff, each and every one was smiling and helpful. Food was well cooked and carefully presented and the room was clean and bright.
Car parking behind the hotel by a field that led to the river; outside seating with patio heaters for cooler weather.
Strangely, no buffet at breakfast but just ask for whatever you want (cereals, breads, juices etc) and it’s served promptly. Hot breakfasts cooked to order from the menu. All products are fresh and local, many coming from the hotel’s own farm
Town centre location gives easy access to Pershore Abbey and Market; Evesham is a 15 minute drive.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Comfortable room with good wifi. Excellent location to explore the town and surrounding area. Food was good and well presented. Access to hotel car-parking is at rear of the hotel off the main high street and is free for guests.

Room tip: Rooms at front look out on the high street. A shop alarm went off in the early hours and you may get a bit of traffic noise.
