The Resort
The resort is nicely located on a small hill not very far from the Main Mount Abu Market. The resort is divided in two wings. The North Wing (on the right) consists of the Guest Rooms and the South Wing (on the left) consists of Hotel Reception, Restaurant and Activity Center (Under maintenance during our stay).

Rooms
The North Wing is of 2 floors and is further divided in two parts (East and West). The East Wing Rooms (Front) have a View of the Abu Road and surroundings whereas the West Wing (Currently not operational and under renovation and repair) doesn’t have any view. They do not have Lifts, so not ideal for elderly as some bit of climbing is required even for ground floor rooms.

They have rooms of varied size. The corner rooms are big as compared to other rooms. All room have balcony giving a decent view of Abu City and surrounding hills. Rooms are clean and neat with decent size bathrooms.

Food
The Breakfast served was not elaborate but decent comprising a mix of Idli / Uttapas / Poha / Upma + Cereals + Couple of Cut Fresh Fruits + Juices + Tea / Coffee / Milk + Breads.

Conclusion
In a peak season when you are out of other premium options, in Abu this is the next best thing that you can opt for.

Aranya Hill Resort is not a Resort but it is a simple hotel.
Very bad service. No swimming pools as shown in website.
No maintained indoor games. Overall a very bad experience
with hotel. Hotel has asked payment for playing indoor games.

Pleasure was to visit this hotel last month. Had to be in mt abu for some work and somehow ended up in this hotel. Anyways it was pleasant surprise as the hotel even though in need of a major upgrade in few areas has a lot of potential. The staff do cover up with their great hospitality all the negative cosmetic changes that this hotel do need, which I hope will take place soon in terms of up gradation in overall look of the place. We do feel overall this place had that homely feel to it and great service. Will return for sure!!!

Quiet location. Clean & spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Scenic view of a green valley. Food was very well prepared- delicious. Has badminton & table tennis courts in the basement, nothing else for recreation as such. overall pleasant stay.

Got a very good deal for mount view suite. The check in as smooth. The room was pretty specious with a king size bed, a sofa cum bed, dining table, a lot of space with a nice decor, a specious bathroom and balcony facing the mountains. Did not have food, so can not comment. Aircon was a bit lower side for size of that room. However the suite was situated on the top floor and it was peak summer.
This massive property needs to be managed properly. Rooms were clean but the area surrounding the place has maintenance issues. It seems all the rooms in the rear section are awaiting for clearance for renovation.
The hotel is located on a small hill. Convenience store and basic roadside breakfast options available near the foothill. The main market is easily accessible.
Worth it for staying in a suite room with specious balcony and a quiet location in Mount Abu
