The on-ground assistance at Male Airport to check-in and gain access to the airport lounge - hotel staff to pick you up from Kooddoo Airport to the boat ride then welcomed by PH Maldives Team standing on the deck, such a nice touch - love the whole Park Hyatt Maldives’ warm hospitality.

The Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is located in the middle of the Southern Atoll and you will see no other island nearby giving you the sense of ultimate privacy. And even though the island resort was at almost FULL capacity, we felt like we were the only ones there at times. The impossibly deep colors of the ocean, corals and pristine white sand beach are the reasons what makes this place special, stunningly beautiful!

We had the Park Sunset Ocean Pool Villa / Overwater Villa with our very own private infinity pool which was outstanding! From being able to jump into the ocean and then back to our own pool and enjoy the sunsets - which were incredible to watch and the serenity of the island as a whole was amazing!! We didn’t want to leave is an understatement. We actually even skipped a meal on our last day so we could spend as much time as possible in our villa.

Our personal host was an absolute gem. Personalized Luxury which exceeded our expectations, truly lives to the whole Park Hyatt brand’s motto - Luxury is Personal. Staffs’ wonderfully attentive and made our stay extra special. They always smile at us and made us feel like they wanted us there.

We also did the Fishing Tour, caught some and was able to enjoy a very nice sunset too. When we headed back to the island, we got to pick which fish we wanted to have cooked for us - so we went back to our villa, shower up and dress nice as they set up the 2nd level of the restaurant for us with candlelight and a movie.. soooo private and special. Plus we got to enjoy the fish we caught.
The food quality is excellent! The breakfast here is an experience, well, all meals to be honest. :)

All in all, this is one of the most naturally stunning places you’ll ever experience in your life. The fact that The Park Hyatt Maldives has made an amazingly beautiful Resort is only secondary to appreciate the natural beauty of Hadahaa and the Maldives. Natural beauty like this will only fade as climate change continues. So come to the Maldives for this reason and leave whatever overinflated hotel standards you may have at home.

We are so grateful for this experience and we brought home with us cherished memories not just of the incredibly gorgeous and special property, but of the people- the entire Maldives PH staff who were all exemplary and made our stay at the Park Hyatt Maldives truly incredible and ONE FOR THE BOOKS. Where do I begin with the Park Hyatt Maldives? The words “surreal” and “perfection” are bandied about a lot these days but this island paradise truly exemplifies those words and then some!

My wife, 8 year old son and I visited the island for 5 days and every minute spent there was memorable. From trying local staples to meeting the resident sea turtle, Ben, every day brought us something new and exciting. And nothing beats fishing on the traditional dhoni (except maybe eating the fish we caught!)

We aren’t scuba certified, but the reef off the arrival dock was both exciting and beautiful. The conservation efforts of the hotel were obvious in the condition of their reef. Also, on behalf of my son I must highlight the over water villas as he is still talking about that experience and asks us weekly when we can go back. The room was spectacular and allowed us an unhindered view of the stars.

Stavros, the GM and his family were extremely gracious and accommodating during our stay and his familial nature made us feel truly welcomed ( I think it helped that we have very similar favorite authors).

Our private host Ali was attentive to all our quirky requests and accommodated us ably and exceptionally. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

At the risk of sounding redundant, folk like Ali and Stavros are what makes an experience like this transcend from memorable to unforgettably spectacular. We will cherish the memories for a very long time, but not too long because we will be back as soon as we can!

Paradise on earth with and extremely well tuned, competent and super friendly staff. The spa is amazingly relaxing. Food and wine is of the chart. GREAT spot to dive too. The surrounding reef is full of life and super cool diving spots within a short boat ride reach...Bring 30 fps.
