Description: Sit a mixed group of twenty or so around one large table and the ambiance is that of a big family gathering. Many different delicacies are brought to the table, a seemingly endless stream of tasty seasonal dishes, all prepared by Cristina who is passionate about cooking, the pasta and bread too, freshly prepared and delicious. It is not possible to leave this restaurant other than replete. Paolo serves the food with a flourish and tells you what each of the plates contain. There is no menu, but this is almost a bonus as you get to try many dishes you wouldn't have thought of ordering. With five or so starters, pasta, main course and dolce, you leave with no room left for more!

If you go to Monte San Savino, you must make a reservation (way in advance) for Le Bindi. The menu is set, each day and (about) 10 courses are served, family style, at a table that seats 20.

My friend and I had a wonderful time. The service is beyond excellent. The wine list is ample. The food is exquisite and is made fresh every day for 1 seating at lunch and 1 at dinner. Each dish was a work of art. The only bad thing I have to say is that there was too much food. I say this only because I had to sample everything and was more than full by the time dessert was served.

You will need to book way in advance, however. So if you know that you will be in Monte San Savino, book asap. Many, many locals go there and seating is limited. My friend and I changed our travel dates so that we could get a reservation at Le Bindi.

The fixe prix menu is worth it (25 euros, not including wine). This is a destination and a grand experience. i'd change my plans again to eat at Le Bindi.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we are very happy they did. there are only 20 guests sitting around a big table. Many, many delicious appetizers are passed around followed by pastas and then mains including chiannina beef, rabbit stew, vegetables of all sorts and dessert and truffles. The server was very enthusiastic wanting everyone to enjoy the food and have a fun evening. And....it was only 25 euros each. Wine extra but very reasonable. Reservations a must.

It is an amazing restaurant with one big table sitting 20 people! That's all that fits into the space at the big scrubbed wooden table....
No menù, just endless fabulous food! Endless! Be ready for a big feast and a big rest afterwards! Dishes and dishes arrive and we're not even at the primi piatti yet!
Every kind of dish from every part of Italy and the world. Impossible! You cannot compare it with anywhere else.
We were invited by Peter who lives locally and we have no idea what he ordered or what it cost but we have eaten in many parts of Italy and this beat them all for quality, and quantity! There was nothing simple but all completely authentic, lots of tiny dishes and big filling ones like roasted rabbit etc as well. Would beat anything anywhere! And amazing mixtures of ingerdients, lots of surprises and creativity.

We first ate at Le Bindi in Summer 2016 and loved it so much we returned again this year (even though we were staying much further away!) All of the food is delicious, and there's a lot of it! It's served with flair and the service couldn't be better. We loved the experience of eating with different people from all over the world (the UK, Australia, Holland, German...Italy etc!) A description of the food wouldn't do it justice - just try everything! It's also exceptional value. Monte San Savino is a lovely place to stay and spend some time...Le Bindi is an absolute must-try (but be sure to book!)
