Maybe we are more tolerant with service than most people. This place packs them in so understandably the service can take a while. Our order was taken immediately (and the place was full) and our drinks and first course came in quick succession. Our noodle dish took a while longer but looking around at the crowd and the pressure on the kitchen staff I feel people should be a tad more tolerant.
Kenneth on the desk where you pay is one of the most pleasant staff member's I have experienced in any restaurant. I have dined there a number of times and Kenneth has always been the one to finalise the cash transaction. He always have a smiling face and very polite (management please take note).
