Maybe we are more tolerant with service than most people. This place packs them in so understandably the service can take a while. Our order was taken immediately (and the place was full) and our drinks and first course came in quick succession. Our noodle dish took a while longer but looking around at the crowd and the pressure on the kitchen staff I feel people should be a tad more tolerant.

Kenneth on the desk where you pay is one of the most pleasant staff member's I have experienced in any restaurant. I have dined there a number of times and Kenneth has always been the one to finalise the cash transaction. He always have a smiling face and very polite (management please take note).

Celebrated father day dinner at Macquarie shopping centre. Not your average Chinese restaurant decor, westernised service, live noodle making and good food. All that is reflected in the price. Food recommendation are lamb/duck roti, hand made noodles and salt pepper fried tofu. It's a great choice for Chinese food craving fix without being in a noisy environment.
Only Critics are food is oily, waiter/waitress lack of smile on their face.

The prefect spot to eat before heading off to the movies.
I have been here quite a few times and each time, the food has been great, they service is quick and friendly and it is so close to home - very convenient.
Lunch or dinner this place is great for both.
It does get busy, but stick with it, take a number and get in line!

Not the spot for a quiet intimate meal, however it's on the money if you are looking for an above average eating experience within a shopping centre.
Friendly welcome, diverse and interesting menu, fast service, nice ambience.
Tight seating/table arrangements are fine noting the role of the place. It's noisy and buzzy, designed for 'working' lunches, shoppers and locals.
Worked perfectly for us as we wanted a good meal that we could enjoy in the 40 minutes that we had available.

Looked forward to eating here based on website, but found food didn't look anything like the highly artistic photos on the menu or on the web page, & the service was near non-existent (and when good came after three attempts to give us dishes we clearly did not order/table, it came with food that was clearly wrong and even when they admitted themselves they messed up, they just came back later with attitude and arrogance rather than an apology).
In the end, they spiked a family get-together and we just left disappointed I.e.:
- food overpriced by at least >50%;
- quality of food sub-par compared to what you can get at Chinatown, Kingsford or Eastwood with less fuss and more comfort;
- service an absolute disgrace (from uni boys who should be kept away from customers and should concentrate on dishwashing);
Don't waste your time.
Do not believe the web page or menu.
They can't deliver on any of it!!!
Only thing done well was the raw seaweed and jellyfish and can get that for $4 from Haymarket.
Fail.
