Maybe the local hotel rules and regulation allow that this hotel is priced and advertised as a 4-star hotel, but after have been many places in Europe I can definitely state that this is not a 4-start hotel.
The hotel is hard to find, no signs on the road neither on the building.
The reception area is nothing special, like as an apartment lobby. The staff is friendly and helps if they can.
We were living in a Suite, but the sizes are too small. There was no table in the room and almost not enough place for the suitcases. There are no facilities for making tea or coffee.
Sounds form the corridor are coming in directly.
The floor carpets are dirty, and should be replaced many places.
The food we got for breakfast and dinner was good, but nothing extraordinary. The signs for food names were lacking generally, not even speaking about, what it contained for allergy reasons.
Not planning to return here, however we liked the thermal bath a lot.

Beautiful natural environment, panoramic viewfrom the rooms, nice staff, well enough food, good thermal services. The rooms are not so complicated, but well furnished and clean. I recommend it for families.

Room Tip: The higher, the better.

I return with my family every year to this hotel.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean and they have a small terrace with a beautiful view at a lake. (You can even see the sunset every day over the lake.)

You can reach the spa facilities (massage, cosmetics, medical treatments etc.) and the pools via a long glass corridor, that protect you from cold even during late Autumn.

There is a buffet in the evening and breakfast with a wide range of great quality food on offer. You can have lunch there as well. The food is exceptionally good and everyone finds what he or she likes. (Even choosy small kids always find something they like..)

The hotel is family friendly.
I have seen that there is even a playing room for small children.

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly.

The whole area near Oroshaza town is famous for thermal waters
Therefore dont be upset with the smell in the bath. It comes from the water sulphur, otherwise very healthy
Comfy rooms, when not unlucky with the position, rather noisy (u can hear the neibhour taking shower) but pleasant with a good view over the lake
Food and service quite good
Anyway the best place around Oroshaza, placed nearby gyoparos wellness center

Quiet hotel in a beautiful environment connected through a corridor with a very good spa (not just swimming pools, but pools also for balneotherapy). Nearby there are several bike routs, excellent for bikers. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite,

Room Tip: Best rooms are with lake view and no side door between the rooms on the second floor or higher
