We keep returning here and this was our fourth visit to the property with an enduring charm. First up, it is a lovely property, with a river side restaurant and a clean and private beach area with water sports and shack not too far away. The hotel is large with a lake and gardens and well laid out cottages and rooms, each having a unique view. The staff don’t fail to give you the unique Leela hospitality and the food in the main Indian restaurant is good. The Italian river side restaurant is however awesome and dining here in the evening is an awesome experience. For those who yearn for local sea food, walk down to the Fisherman’s Wharf just a few metres outside the Leela’s main gate. The hotel folks will happily arrange a reservation for you, if you wish to book a table by the riverside. Keep it up Leela Goa and we hope to come back soon.

It was a delight to be at the Leela, Goa for a business trip. The lush landscaping, thoughtful and well designed cottages, great reception area was very inviting and pleasing.

It was a pleasure to have a view from the room with water lilies blooming in the ponds,  kingfishers and comorants taking a dip in them. The room was extremely comfortable and cozy.

The pool, cycle tracks and other amenities were extremely well placed and well attended to as well. The beach was spectacular and clean.

10 on 10 for the resort and a must stay place in Goa.

Looking forward for going back soon with family and recommend the place completely.

This was my third visit to this beautiful property that offers serenity far from the hustle bustle of a typical Goan holiday. The architecture is superb, villa views are picturesque and hospitality was comforting. Room service menu was great and breakfast buffet was worth waking up early for! Had a relaxing massage too! All in all a fabulous stay!

There are like 20 power failures and one that lasted 30 mins from 4am in the morning. No torch in the room. No apologies or any remorse from the management.

Breakfast is good but egg station staff not friendly.

Dosa corner is like travelling from Asia to Africa. Besides lack of cutlery or water or table napkins. I sense the staff are very tired or not motivated.

Lack of healthy veg options during our session.

On exit at early morning they goofed up on take away order

Overall not the leela experience I was looking for as I feel it’s way to hyped. Also bloody far away from airport on panjim.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your feedback and I was disappointed to hear that your experience at our resort did not match up to your expectations.

In regards to the electricity failure, I wish to keep you informed that the same was owing to a voltage surge we experienced on the main incoming government power lines as a result of which we had to undertake emergency repairs to ensure adherence to safety parameters.

I had personally met with the senior management team of your company the next morning and apprised them on this matter which they appreciated.

The resort does offer a huge selection at the buffet breakfast ( including international & regional Indian cuisines ) which is appreciated by all our guests and I understand you felt inconvenienced with the selection spread in this instance.I also wish to highlight that the menu selection for your conference meals were handled by your company colleague in charge of event co-ordination.

I am also sorry about the confusion with your breakfast order on the day of departure and I have already addressed this with the concerned team members.

Please do write to me directly at gm.goa@theleela.com for any further assistance you may require and I hope you will give us another opportunity to impress you with our standards in future.

Best regards,

We (self, spouse & daughter) were scheduled to visit North Goa but owing to a booking error we landed up visiting South Goa and spent a two night stay with Leela. At the end of the stay we were thankful that the booking error landed us in Leela. The consistent customer first service of all the people we interacted with has been the most memorable highlight of our stay. Special acknowledgements to the front desk executive Ms.Indira for an early and quick check in; chef Satish and others for delighting my daughter's taste buds. One can spend more than 3 nights cocooned within this vast & excellent property which is sandwiched between the river and sea. There are tons of activities within the property and on the beach. Food is excellent and they have a dinner only place near the river & overseeing the distant lighthouse which is very unique. Overall an excellent place sans the compact bathroom which was disappointing
