Stayed at Luz Ocean Club in last week in June, myself and my 19year old daughter. The appt was very clean, had WiFi, Sky channels which we hadn’t expected so a nice bonus. The kitchen was fully fitted and there was everything in the appt that you could have wanted including a hairdryer, but no pool towels. The staff were very helpful, when we found that the oven wasn’t working they let us use an appt next door. We didn’t do much cooking so they we only found out on the last night, the issue was very quickly resolved.
The pool area was clean, loads of loungers, the lady called Lou at the garden pool was extremely helpful and helped us as no Thomas Cook rep visited the resort unless an appt was requested.
The complex is spread over a wide area, when we checked in, we were driven to our apartment and then also collected. So make sure you are clear where you’re staying before you venture out, as easy to get lost!More
