Great hotel, this was our third visit and we were not disappointed. We went with friends and had ground floor rooms. the pool is lovely with views up to Las Iruela Castle. The breakfast was excellent as well. We had the menu of the day which was good value for money as well. The terrace has gorgeous views for a sunset drink. The rooms are heated and air-conditioned and are very clean with ample storage space. There is free WiFi and private parking on site. I can't wait to go back!

Food was not good. My Wife ordered Salmon and it came out raw. She sent it back to be cooked some more and it came back still raw, so she had to order something else, I was finished my dinner when she got hers and no apology was ever given.

It was a shame as it is a nice hotel but this was a serious let down especially as the restaurant is very expensive for the region.

Lovely Location with fantastic views.
Rooms are very nice and the balcony was overlooking the pool.
Wifi is good
Poolside bar and restaurant is really nice.
Common area's are nice.

Room Tip: Request Pool View

The views are excellent at this hotel, though the rooms left a little to be desired. 2-3 star at best. This appears to be a hotel that's frequented by buses of tourists so over the years it's lost a little of its charm which is a shame as you can see at one stage it would have been amazing. Though all in all not bad for a one night stop over. The pool is great!

Our expectations where high, according to the pictures. We booked one of the most expensive rooms available. Room was up to standard. On request the double bed was converted in a matrimonio (one big one) and we both slept wonderful. Cozy room. Great view. Bit of wifi. Nice big clean bathroom with big bath and shower cabin. You have to twitch and try a little but everything worked. Parking was a bit cramped over the weekend (Spanish holiday) but sufficient. Spa was fair price compared to other hotels we have been. Nicely done and welcoming. Personally we did not care much for the restaurant options offered. Breakfast buffet was generous but low quality. The dinner offered in the same room did not seem very nice. More like a cafeteria with bright lights. We did not try the food because of the atmosphere. But what we saw served on the tables did not really appeal to us. A shame because the entrance and the initial presentation seemed nice enough. Other guests did not seem to mind though and the place was well filled up. The cafeteria has a much nicer atmosphere but the food offered is minimal. In general we liked the place but we feel it is a bit overpriced. We paid €147,- for an upgrade room end of October. I would not directly recommend but better than average.

My husband and I stayed at this "hotel" for 2 nights - we had hoped for peace and a quiet stay in the park but no. At 7 o clock in the morning until 9 BOTH days there was a bus just outside our room with the engine on and making noise. The reception pretended that "this is the first time we hear of this". The busses can from 2 different companies and their guests stayed at the hotel - so NO. They simply just did not care!!
Furthermore - we asked in the reception on the day of arrival if they could suggest at good hiking rute. Sure he said - here is a rute of 6 hours - 3 each way - which will take you to a beautifull lake and it is easy all the way. Well.. Not correct! It was fairly easy the first 2 hours. The is was a climb and not easy at all plus at least 2½ more hours before we would reach the lake - the official information that was placed on the path at this point said that the whole rute would take 9 hours, nor 6! That is just not good enough!!
Furthermore there was no heating in the rooms, the water for showering was not warm, the ekstra blankets did not seem clean and so on... I really cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Room Tip: Find another hotel. If you chose this, do not get any room in block A or the old building. If you get building A - get from room 10 and up, from 1-9 has view to the roof of the rooms in front.
