This is the second visit to this cafe and won't be the last. We had a beautiful meal here and we'll worth the price. The fillet steak was very tender and mash perfect. Highly recommend. Could have played some music for the diners although there was plenty of chatting from customers.

Lovely clean and tidy very friendly staff food was great and there was a variety also sold local brewed beer
I would definitely eat here again

Mixed bag of a visit on a sunny Saturday lunch, promptly seated on arrival and water arrived in good time. We placed our orders at the same time as the table beside us. Drinks took around 5 minutes to arrive. Some of our meal arrived 35 minutes after ordering and the final meal took 40 minutes (the table beside us had eaten and was getting up to leave as our meals arrived)

We had the squid, pork gau bau and the chicken sandwich. The base of the pork was overcooked to a point where you couldn’t chew it, the curly fries were cooked to pretty much just a shell left. Squid was nice but served on a plate with two large chips on it. Most items except the curly fries were salty

The waitress asked how the meals we’re when we paid our response was ‘just ok’ but she didn’t enquire any further.

Given the time taken and poor execution only 2 points.

Had the smoked salmon salad with beetroot, seaweed and honey roasted walnuts. OMG the nuts!! Lovely food and a lovely view.

Ordered two mains, the pork belly and two lamb shanks. Pork belly was dry and average but the lamb shanks were simply uneatable, over cooked to the point where you had to cut and wrench the meat off the bone, can’t believe it was even served up. Waitress advised and without providing menu asked to order something,else, recommending the steak. Steak came and it was nice. Dessert, sticky date was very average and dry. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and won’t be back. No effort made to put right or apology given.
