We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it very much!

The hotel has a beautiful landscape garden, directly at the white sand beach with shady mangrove trees, enough beach chairs for every guest, waiters bringing drinks from the pool bar and (our favorite!) the COCONUT station.

The garden is well cared for, the trees provide flowers for ornamental decorations in every bowl and fountain on the premise.

Be there on Friday - the African dinner is really something worth experiencing! We loved the caramelized coconuts so much, we took a box home! This is not to say that the rest of the meals were any less good…
In the different bars there is a good selection of all-inclusive cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. However it is a bit of a gamble - same cocktail tastes differently every time.
We don’t have enough words to describe the service and the hospitality with which most of the staff welcomed us. Showing up for breakfast an hour before the official breakfast time (well, we had to leave for our diving trip according to tides) and still having some food, freshly made coffee and a smile from the staff – unbelievable!

We had a room in one of the bungalows on the cliff, which provided a great view and a glimpse at the ocean. The only thing to complain about is the strange design of the bathroom. It provides very little privacy.

There is also a beautiful spa, but we were seriously surprised by the high prices – in most places in Europe same treatments are cheaper.

We were very impressed by the guests in the hotel – no drunks, no screaming, no overcrowded beach. And the best dressed dinner crowd in all tropical hotels so far, which is even more remarkable considering the hotel is an all-inclusive.

All in all - great week, best of memories and we'll probably come back some day.

Room Tip: rooms on the cliff in the first line - best view and no noise.

We just came back from Zanzibar, two of us and our daughter spent in Neptune Pwani beach resort and spa hotel 15 nights. Its very nice place, with green nature and authentic built coconut roofs houses with african furniture.
Staff is awesome, very smiley, attentive and helpful in every step, trying to do our stay easy and unforgettable.
In General, Hotel was full, but didn't feel like that, you can easily find the place round pool, take seat by pool bar, or find place by the beach, on the sun or in the shadow. Hotel has wonderful white sand beach. After the ocean goes out from the shore, you can walk on the coral reef. That was very nice experience, to touch all water life, colorful stars, cucumbers, spiders, crabs, corals etc
The food is full of choice and very quality and never repeats, everybody can choose by them taste and habits. We loved very much Indian food a la carte restaurant. Also in the bars, they mix all popular coctails ant fresh fruit moctails, even not from menu.
Rooms are authentic african style, once are cleaned during lunch and on dinner time prepared for night, insects spraying and shut curtains and canopys.
We had here our nicest time ever because of our Wedding celebration and Honeymoon. Hotel did all things was needed for our festive, bridal bouquet for me and our daughter, Masai dance, escort with flowers and rice, red carpet, Marriage ceremony, cake, Champagne and romantic dinner on the beach. We have nothing to worry about, just to choose the date. Most of all surprised us hotels gifted a honeymoon week in the Suit. All the time the felt lots of attention and care, which made us feel like special guest and our stay unforgettable.
If you want relaxing stay in Zanzibar - Neptune Resort highly recomended.

We stayed for 4 nights in this resort after our 8 day safari in Tanzania. It is the excellent place to relax. The grounds, buildings and rooms are beautiful, there are 2 swimming pools, a lovely beach. The central restaurant serves excellent food. There are also 3 special restaurants (included, but you need to make a reservation). The Indian and Italian restaurant are very good, only the newly opened Thai restaurant, does not really serve Thai food.

We have just returned from this hotel having spent five days here following a Safari.
A good hotel with lots to do. We would highly recommend staying here, mainly due to the excellent Customer Service. The staff all contributed to us having a great time. Everyone is so helpful, always with a smile and all doing their best to enhance your stay.
Facilities all clean and whilst the hotel was full it certainly didn't feel like that with plenty of space around the pools and in the restaurants.

I am writing this review during our stay here. We already have spent a few days here and I must say that everything is excellent! The staff and the management are doing a great job! Everyone is very friendly and attentive to accommodate any need you might have. Rooms are very clean : The cleaning staff comes once in the morning and then the room is prepared for the night. The garden and the beach is well maintained. Restaurants have a very good choice of food and a diverse menu. We had booked a sea food dinner at the exclusive restaurant one evening and it was beyond expectations! The chef himself came over to make sure everything went well, the overall attention to details of the staff and the management was well noticed by us and we felt very well taken care of! The Thai and the Indian restaurant is also very good!
I believe there is a great deal of work put into it by everyone working here and it shows! It was a great trip for us so far and hopefully we will come again!
