NOISE LEVEL: Had a suite in the 44 building, 3rd floor. There was an outdoor wedding the first night; music was extremely loud until 3 a.m. The walls are paper-thin; we could hear the music as if we were sitting next to the band.
The remaining of the stay, there was loud, party music from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm all day, non-stop. Extremely disturbing and annoying! Even when there was no one around the pool, the music was playing.
There are hungry, homeless dogs around the pool. It is heartbreaking to see these animals.
SANITARY CONCERNS: The facility has a huge sanitary problem as well. There are hundreds of black crows freely flying into the dining room and picking food from the trays as the guests' plates. This is of great concern as they carry many illnesses. Both my husband and I got sick after the first day.

ROOM SERVICE: After we were moved to a move quiet room (3600 building), the door slamming never stopped. The new room did not have a hair dryer. Had to wait two days and go to the front desk before we were actually given one.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

Room Tip: Stay far away from the back pool.

Check in @ 3:00 pm you have to wait at least 1 hour in row to get a room only 2 guys attending in the front desk , too many people in line, it's a nightmare
Next time I will look for another hotel,. I will not recommend this hotel

This was my first visit to the Sheraton Bijao Beach hotel. The hotel is an all-inclusive resort. Many food choices are available from the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. A snack bar near the pool area serves hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and popcorn. We were able to reserve dinner reservations at two restaurants on site that serve meals a la carte: one specializes in Mediterranean food and the other features Japanese hibachi.
The pools are nice and beachfront is clean. We were in the main building overlooking the waterfront. Noise from the outdoor entertainment traveled upstairs, but it was fine with us. We also arranged a car service to take us on a day tour to nearby El Valle Anton, which is an hour away.

Room Tip: Rooms on level 5 facing the ocean in the main building pick up sound from downstairs.

- Noise complaints, they are drilling and cutting concrete right outside my room balcony

- Food is awful and bad quality. Wife could only eat salad and fruits here

- They say its all inclusive, but you have to make an booking days before to get in. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WATER EVEN, my wife had medication to take

- Bathroom was leaking and they did not care at all - Picture attached

- Prior to getting into the room, the hallway had a putrid smell

- Checked out a night early and they refused to refund me for the one night.. really?

- Dirty, my white sheets had red marks on them.

- I AM PART OF SPG, BUT THIS HOTEL DOESN’T DESERVE TO BE PART OF THE RESERVATION SYSTEM OR FRANCHISE.

I BEG YOU DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, ruined my vacation

- I ended up checking out a day early due to the noise issues, food issues, cleanliness, and poor service. It is disrespectful to the SPG brand to have a hotel like this in its system.
