We visited here as a family of four with our children aged 11 and 12. Overall we had a great time and would happily return.
Our arrival was early but staff were friendly and took our luggage and advised of areas we could use whilst our room was prepared. We had a snack and a drink and were taken to our lodge/caravan.
The accommodation as clean and tidy, just in need of a little TLC. But the resort itself was very clean and looks to be being updated so im sure the accommodation is on the list of things to do.
The food and drink were ok - you could always find something but this brings me to my only real critique and the only reason I can't give a 5. As a veggie I closely follow signs etc especially abroad. One evening I chose the veggie moussaka only after starting to eat it I doubted it was veggie and after comparing it to my husbands cannelloni I asked a cook. It appeared a mix up had occurred with the dishes as they looked the same on top. The restaurant manager was extremely helpful and apologetic but unfortunately too late as I has already eaten some by this point. I stuck to making my own salad/cheese rolls and chips from then.
The all inclusive option was great - we've been to a few places which are very restrictive. However here the children had candyfloss, ice creams, milkshakes, slush, crisps and much more!
The site shop didn't stock much but I put this down to it being the end of october.
We visited the 'quiet' pool once but opted to spend our time at the slide pools. Our girls loved these and we went on a few times too - my advice is to get in the water via a slide - you don't feel the cold that way!
The internet is brilliant in all areas of the resort from a quick update by the pool to the children catching up on their favourite you tube channels in the room.
We took a taxi to nearby Albir for a walk along the front. There wasn't much in the way of shops etc so we walked back, approx 20-30 mins.
We didn't stay long but if we were here longer I would take advantage of the bus services to partner hotels.
I would recommend this hotel and visiting Benidorm itself if you've not been before.
