We visited here as a family of four with our children aged 11 and 12. Overall we had a great time and would happily return.

Our arrival was early but staff were friendly and took our luggage and advised of areas we could use whilst our room was prepared. We had a snack and a drink and were taken to our lodge/caravan.

The accommodation as clean and tidy, just in need of a little TLC. But the resort itself was very clean and looks to be being updated so im sure the accommodation is on the list of things to do.

The food and drink were ok - you could always find something but this brings me to my only real critique and the only reason I can't give a 5. As a veggie I closely follow signs etc especially abroad. One evening I chose the veggie moussaka only after starting to eat it I doubted it was veggie and after comparing it to my husbands cannelloni I asked a cook. It appeared a mix up had occurred with the dishes as they looked the same on top. The restaurant manager was extremely helpful and apologetic but unfortunately too late as I has already eaten some by this point. I stuck to making my own salad/cheese rolls and chips from then.

The all inclusive option was great - we've been to a few places which are very restrictive. However here the children had candyfloss, ice creams, milkshakes, slush, crisps and much more!

The site shop didn't stock much but I put this down to it being the end of october.

We visited the 'quiet' pool once but opted to spend our time at the slide pools. Our girls loved these and we went on a few times too - my advice is to get in the water via a slide - you don't feel the cold that way!

The internet is brilliant in all areas of the resort from a quick update by the pool to the children catching up on their favourite you tube channels in the room.

We took a taxi to nearby Albir for a walk along the front. There wasn't much in the way of shops etc so we walked back, approx 20-30 mins.

We didn't stay long but if we were here longer I would take advantage of the bus services to partner hotels.

I would recommend this hotel and visiting Benidorm itself if you've not been before.

We stayed here as a family of 4.... myself, my mum, and 2 kids aged 15 and 12.
The waterslides are great for everyone (didnt see my 12 year old most days) the man who does the aqua dance in a mornin was hilarious, had everyone laughing and joining in!! The pool area was very clean (special thanks to the man who found my daughters phone and handed it to the snack bar lady... think his name was jose??)
The food was hit and miss but we always came away full (breakfast was definately the best!!)
The lodges were perfectly big enough for us.... kettle and tea/coffee makin equipment were a bonus, small cups were not good when you drink as much tea as we do but bought a couple mugs in albir for €1 each.... sorted!! (could maybe do with some drawers/storage in the room with the bunk beds).
All in all the place was spotless clean, maids came every day to change beds/towels.
We absolutely loved it here and hoping to go back next year with more of the family!! . X

You may well read varied reports on this place, however lets take a level view.

The fun facilitys are fantastic, pools slides, sunbeds and genral areas are all very well kept considering there are around 1000 people at any one time on site, and of mixed origins.

The food is the widest range ive seen from delacasys like elvas, caviar, serano ham and lomo along with good quality cheeses, and the dishes for main were fantastic, and i would sugest you stick to a meal style per visit i.e if you are having a curry have all the bits dont mix it with salad, and liverand bacon on the same plate, then you wont get bored with the food as there are a good solid selection even for the plain english meals like roasts and chicken and chips, there is even a good childrens section which i think a lot of the true brits were using for the burger and chips etc. Breakfast was good and ranged from cereal through to a full fry up.

they provide at least 2 resteraunts every serving for meals,on the bufet service and then the show meals and events on top.so never that busy that you cant find a seat if you pick the sweet time to eat.

drinks were amazing, serving Carling, estaller draft and bottle, along with john smiths and every spirit you could want in branded form, and the card system doesnt stop multi order so we were walking back to our hut with 10 drinks to see us threough the everning

the rooms are a strange arrangment, and should be regarded as Glamping, rather than a hotel, noise is a all round issue, but if you embrase it and learn to deal with the fact that the people walk around drinking and laughing till 1 ish,and not everyone is in bed at 7pm, you will enjoy it,and its a sociable layout and encourages inter hut chats and drinks

dont expect oscar winning entertainment, as its a bit rubbish, but it is aimed at having a laugh, not a crusie liner style. there are adult only areas which if you want a bit of us time are good.

free buses into Benidorm,4 times a day and you are able to use the hotels in the group with your all in card.

DONT be put of, if you accept its Glamping and not a hotel you will love it as we did,and its well worth the visit and if you have kids they will love it as well.

Family of 5, kids are 15,13 and 11. Ignore the crappie reviews, we loved it and are going back next year!!!

Stayed in robin hood gardens. Obviously a new build. Cleaners in daily with fresh towels and soaps. Great for purpose.

Pool area was awesome, slides brilliant, constant cleaners on top of ignorant peoples mess. Bar staff singing and happy, never waited more than 2 mins.

Food was decent, could be worse but could be slightly better as well but isn't enough to keep us away.

Overall we loved it!!!!
