Good thing was, we could do early check in (30 minutes early) and the room is ready, Room is big and clean. We choose Deluxe Room so our room is facing directly to swimming pool. Nice view. Since the swimming pool is next to the Water park (which is open for public), quite many people who are not hotel guest swimming there. However the pool is clean enough.
Room service is slow, I guess they don't have enough staff to serve. It took couples of times to call front office.

I'm having bad experience when we arrive at this hotel after taking long our drive. My reserve room apparently has been taken my guest who was extending their stay and the staff hotel lack of coordination between them self. It's taking 30 minutes just to get us check in and with a little hard complain to the hotel manager, although the manager at the end making her apologize when we checked out. Overall this hotel consider overrated for a 3 star hotel due to their staff lack of experiences and the old stained bed cover and pillow cover.

There are lot of run down hotels in Baturaden that lost it's former glory. This one is the best among them. It's still maintained so it still looks okay. Staff is friendly enough though. They have two nice pools, one specially for kids. And you can use the waterpark next the hotel. There weren't a lot of guests so the breakfast buffet wasn't open so we ordered of the menu and it the food was good enough. Beer is on the menu still, but not sold anymore cause of the current goverment.

The 'bad' parts; only wifi in the lobby (not that bad, but all of the other countries in asia even cheap hotels have a wifi router on every floor). Stains on the sheets. And we couldn't find the switch to turn off our night lamp. So I turned it loose and it killed the power in our room.

All in all it was still okay and would still consider staying again.
