I stayed here for two days. Check in was smooth and the villa was ready for us even though we reached fairly early. Breakfast was complimentary but not enough choices were available. Ordered room service on one day and dined at the restaurant the other day. The A la Carte menu was decent but too expensive comparatively. They have sitting area downstairs by the pond at the restaurant. We wanted to sit there but the staff indirectly made it very clear that they wouldn’t have liked it if we sat there. May be not convenient for them to walk up and down as the main dining setup is upstairs. The villa was decent and the resort area was neat and presentable. There is a gym but not sufficiently equipped/maintained. This resort is very boring. Hardly any activities. The main attraction was the pool although that caused some disturbance for us on day two. There was a corporate event at the poolside which was very loud. We had a poolside villa which meant we had to bear with the noise all evening and couldn’t use the pool or the Jacuzzi. Management didn’t feel the need to let us know at the time of booking that a corporate event was due to take place. Had I known, I wouldn’t have booked a poolside villa or would’ve gone elsewhere.
