The location was easily accessible on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and valley. We had a very nice balcony. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. The owner and staff was friendly and helpful. Simple and nice breakfast was included in our very reasonable rate.

We booked 9 nights stay with HB for our late summer holidays. Unfortunately we were dissapointed with the hotel and service quality. We’re comming to Tirol’s mountains every year both summer and winter and what is best here except landscape is hospitality and food quality. In Hotel Persal we got big and comfortable room but with no fridge (I asked for it 2 months before comming and was promised to get it since we have a vet food for the dog that has to stay in cold). Hotel is pet friendly but not exactly. There is almost no place to walk the dog in the morning, you cannot bring dog to the restaurant (there are hotels nearby with the bar/pet friendly area for dinners etc.). Also the kitchen was poor - very small choice at the breakfast and minimal buffet in the evening with almost no local food. It was the first time in this area that I have experienced it. For 20€ more per night you can get much better place and food. There is a big problem with parking place even when they say that parking is free and booked for you. I kept my car in the barn and had to move it in the morning. That is ridiculous. At least the owners didn’t make a problem when we cancelled our stay and moved to other hotel.

Was a very good hotel. And staff is beyond!
My room was on the first floor with a very good size balcony with stunning views on surround mountains.
Room was of a very good size, same for the well equiped bathroom.
Very nice located, one of the summer 'bergbahnen' is only a small walk away.
Breakfast was very good as were also all my dinners at the hotel.
Very tastfull meals with nice selections of wines and beers.
Staff very friendly, helpfull, imformative! A real plus for this hotel.
Parking my car was also easy just beside the hotel.
We had half board service and we had booked a suite. Stayed for 5 nights and I loved it. Very warm and friendly service and a big room with amazing view. Food was excellent, four course dinner every night at the terrace with amazing views. It was so relaxing to go sauna and have very tasty dinner at the hotel after a long hiking day. Ski lifts 500m away downhill, skibus stop on front of the hotel. Free parking in front of the hotel. Price quality ratio superb.

We stayed here for 5 nights during a hikikg trip with our small children, 10 months and 2,5 years old. The room was big and the hotell was one of the cleanest i have ever seen. The staff was so nice and friendly and the food, dinner and breakfast, was to die for.

We stayed here for 6 nights what a hotel the views are fabulous.
The staff are so friendly always there to help you with any questions you may wish to ask.
The food something different every day and on Friday what a surprise a bbq it was brilliant aways lots of lovely food to eat .
Superior 3 star in mind and my wifes eyes it should be a 5 star.
