We were a group of 4 girls so we booked an executive suite but when we arrived we were ecstatic to be informed that we were being upgraded to the Grand suite!! We were treated like royalty and the service from the staff was beyond expectations. The property is absolutely stunning and I will definitely be back to this gem of a hotel!

My husband and I just returned from our 2 week honeymoon in Greece. We stayed 4 nights at Mykonos Grand in an Executive Sea View Suite, and I wish we had stayed here longer before heading to Santorini! This was hands down the BEST hotel/resort we have ever visited and we had a fabulous time staying here. We have stayed at other expensive resorts (mostly 5 star all-inclusives in Mexico and the Caribbean) and this was the first time I was truly pleased with all aspects of our stay, from our room to the hotel facilities and the staff, and felt we really got our money's worth--I have absolutely zero complaints about this place. Our suite was huge, clean, comfortable and impeccably furnished. We had a very comfortable king sized bed, 2 full bathrooms (including 2 giant soaking tubs and his and her sinks in 1 bathroom), a beautiful outdoor shower (which I used every day!), 2 balconies on the first floor, 2 separate living areas with TVs, a dining area, multiple flat screen TVs (including a mounted TV in the bathroom), and a rooftop balcony with another dining table, jacuzzi (minor annoyance--we couldn't adjust the temperature which was too cold but kept forgetting to ask them to change it for us!), three sun loungers and a swinging day bed. There was no shortage of places to relax and sunbathe in the privacy of our suite! From the very first impression (we were picked up at the ferry port by a private car and offered hand towels!), we were very happy and impressed with the high level of (seamless) service at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze-- we were greeted at the entrance and taken to a private room with a view of the impending sunset and offered sparkling wine. We were given a quick tour of the property then shown to our room right away and within minutes received another bottle of sparkling wine and fresh fruit basket delivered to our room. Over the next few days, we enjoyed the infinity saltwater pool (it was amazing!), the gym (small but perfectly adequate from a quick workout), and the private beach area (the water here was so clear and lovely for swimming!). WiFi was free and worked very well throughout the resort. A lovely breakfast (with exceptional pool and ocean views) was offered each morning at the hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in offering restaurant recommendations and making reservations for us each night. Housekeeping staff was also attentive and friendly and always ensured we had lots of extra towels and that our room was clean and comfortable. There is a hotel shuttle that runs to Mykonos Town in the evening, we used this once or twice but generally took taxis because the shuttle times weren't really that convenient (it didn't start running until 7 pm and then stopped at 10:30 pm). We would have appreciated earlier evening shuttles (sunset was right at 7 pm so a 6 pm shuttle would have been preferable) and later pickup times (we tried to stick to the local custom of eating dinner very late, around 9:30 or 10 pm, so we weren't ready to head back to the hotel until closer to midnight or 1 am), but the shuttle is still a nice amenity if it works with your schedule for the evening. I regret that we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy any services at the spa because we were too busy enjoying being outside in the sun! We will definitely check out the spa at our next visit.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be returning to Mykonos Grand in the future! We would highly recommend this luxurious resort.

Room tip: Executive sea view suites are super spacious and luxurious with great views of the sea and sunsets!

My parents, husband and I stayed at this fabulous hotel, each couple celebrating their anniversary. Beautiful Dina greeted us with a warm welcome. A sea view room is a must; the view is breathtaking, overlooking the Aegean and Delos island. We were given rooms 122 and 120 and they were beautifully decorated. The bathroom is spacious offering L'Occitane toiletries, the bathtub is modern and delightful, the balcony at our 122 room was spacious, comfy bed and there's a lovely sofa and table by it. Going for breakfast was such a joy; there's a wide selection of fruits, preserves, and pastries. George and the rest of the staff were very attentive and made sure we had what we wanted; the service is impecable. We always stayed at the beach and the guys were prompt to get our sunbeds set up. Thank you Dina, George and the rest of the staff for making my parents', husband and my stay at Mykonos a most delightful one! I'm already recommending this hotel to all my friends and relatives back home in Colombia. Looking forward to coming back in the near future!!!

My daughter and I have just returned from our second holiday in this total paradise and are already planning our return next year. Without repeating myself - please see my review in September 2014 - I can only endorse everything I said then, plus the wifi has improved significantly, Teo the physio/masseur is excellent, Maria does a great Shellac manicure & pedicure and the new addition of a jacuzzi on our extended roof terrace (suite 340) was an added luxury looking directly over to Delos. I used the gym every morning while my daughter swam a kilometre in the large pool. This year we used the public bus to town which is about 100 meters from the hotel and costs 3.6 euros return and runs until 02.30. The free hotel bus runs from 19.00 - 22.30 and the drop off point has changed this year to the new port. Taxis to town cost 10 euros. Highly recommend a visit to Jackie'O cabaret @ Super Paradise beach - performances at 18.30 and 19.00 - Priscilla, the international drag queen, is absolutely brilliant. No public bus and taxi costs 25 euros but worth it - restaurant is excellent.

Room tip: Top floor - there are lifts but stairs are good exercise.

The Mykonos Grand is a beautiful resort hotel right on the beach in beautiful Mykonos. We stayed there three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. You get a truly full service experience with shuttles to and from Mykonos Town, cabanas by the pool or beach with meals and drinks available everywhere. The hotel was completely refurbished in 2016 and it shows, everything is first class. I can't emphasize enough how scenic the place is, if that's what you are looking for in Mykonos I would highly recommend.

Room tip: Best views, luxurious
