I stayed at this hotel while on a tour so I can’t comment on the price or value. This is a Chinese-run hotel, ugly on the outside and worn on the inside. However, my room (209) was very large with twin beds, a closet, two chairs, a fridge and a TV. Didn’t use the TV. The air conditioning worked slowly but did the job. There was tea and teacups; hot water was in a carafe outside the door. The bathroom was large and there was good shelf space around the sink. There was a shower/tub combination with satisfactory hot water and pressure, although it took a long time for the hot water to get there. The tub didn’t drain well and there was lots of mold on the surrounding tiles. The lamp by the bed was burned out but they promptly came up and put in a new one. There is no wifi. There was music playing from the karaoke bars down the street and you could hear it inside the room, a minor annoyance, but it quieted down once the bars closed. Breakfast was cold fried eggs, bread and jam. If you can get this place cheap enough it’s an OK place to stay but there may be better options.
