My family and I had tuna-based courses (two entrees, one main dish) all very tasty.
The entrees were both cold and hot, with parsley pesto, squid, octopus and tuna of course. The home made pasta (al dente) was a fish/zucchini pasta.
The chef is coming to your table now and then to check if everything is alright and if you like the food.
He does not use any cream or butter in his dishes but only olive oil.
Dessert is also something worth trying and the chef likes to make ice cream and creams of all kinds (lemon, mandarine etc.).
