I stayed in IBEROSTAR SAIDIA for 1 week, and I had a wonderful and fantastic Time. The Hotel is far from the best resort in the world, and there some improvements and tweaks to be made. The cleanliness of the rooms, the food, the infrastructures, etc. But apart from that, the animation is excellent. A big Thank you to Animation Team and the Shows Team, specifically to Lucas Machado and Isabelle Costa.They are Wonderful people and the best dancers. I can't end this review without expressing my gratitude to the Supervisor Rachid Gareh. He was very professional and always helped in best way possible. Loved them all. Thank You, António Almeida

Best attribute of the hotel is the entertainment staff they are absolutely wonderful and make you feel very welcome,food is not too bad as we are in a muslem country ,the hotel grounds are well cared for and mostly clean,the rooms on the other hand are not too clean for a 5 star hotel,the pool area could also be much cleaner other wise i enjoyed my stay.

We spend our vacation in Iberostar Saidia the second year and for sure we enjoyed everything there... the sea, the food, the attitude... and the best animation team and the staff! So we were lucky and felt happy and nothing could spoil our stay! I highly recommend Iberostar in Saidia for family holidays and, of course, for families with kids of all ages!

Tops:
Very good service, staff is well trained and especially helpful. Compared to "others in the neighborhood" this staff was really excellent
Overall management (rush hours) is also very good.
Trying to entertain in restaurants.
Very spacious rooms.
Fantastic swimming pools and beach.
Nice green environment.

Tips:
Poor maintenance of whole hotel including rooms.
Broken elements in rooms not restored.
Poor airconditioning, also after complaining about bad working airco, still to warm in the rooms.
No internet (overloaded), only between 01:00-05:00h in the night. WiFi is very necessery nowadays.
Every day the same food in restaurant, poor variation, no themes, but really plenty of choice.
Poor hygiene, like couches in the lobby of cotton, smells terribly like sweat.
Cotton seats and chairs in restaurant extremely dirty and often wet.
Rooms and baths are also moderately cleaned.

Thank you very much for the time you spent to share your personal impressions on your stay at our IBEROSTAR Saïdia . We always welcome feedback, as it allows us to continually improve the experience we create for our guests.
We are very sorry that in your room the air was not cooled until a comfortable temperature. The fact is that the power with which the room is cooled can be hanged from the outside temperature. And please take into account that when the window is opened, or not closed at all, the air conditioning automatically stops working for saving energy. This system helps us to preserve the environment and not waste the resources.
We fill thankful and have taken a note about your tips indeed. All the suggestions help us to improve and reach the absolute perfection in the nearest future.
However it was a surprise to hear that you have found that the cleaning was not good enough, as it is one of the very most priorities. We are sorry that it didn’t seem perfect for you.
You’ve been so kind when you praised our staff. Of course it is good to know that our everyday efforts are recognized by such a valued customer as you are.

It would be better to concentrate on quality rather than quantity. For example food is available all day long but the quality is not the best. Sport activity was a good fun especially aqua gym and fitness. Room cleaning needs improvement as the bed liners are not changed every day as it should be.

We would like express our appreciation for your helpful feedback and we will certainly be making sure it is brought to the attention of the appropriate management. We thoroughly appreciate the importance of such details as they assist us in our quest to provide our guests with the very best experiences whilst in our hospitality.

We would like to comment on an issue, that perhaps you are aware that both private citizens and businesses, including many hoteliers, are now trying to process raw materials and save natural resources in order to preserve the environment. In order not to abuse the savings of fresh water and electricity and not to contaminate the water with chemical washing and bleaching agents, in most hotels, even in five-star hotels, linens and towels do not change several times a day, but only on demand. This is mentioned in the welcome letter with the rules and useful information that we leave in each room. To give the maid a sign that you wish to change the towels, you just need to leave them on the bottom of the bath; And to change bed linen, the slightly reclined corner of the sheet serves as a sign.
We are sorry that the quality of our gastronomy hasn’t impressed you. Our chefs are working hard in order to surprise and delight our guests with their art and knowledge of Moroccan, Mediterranean, Japanese and international kitchens.

We are very happy to hear that you have had lot of fun with our animation teem. They a really working professionally and we thank you for sharing your satisfaction with us.
