The hotel benefits from the very friendly staff and its family atmosphere. We stayed in the recently opened new Sinfonie part and got a rather big room with all equipment you expect nowadays. We also enjoyed the new spa area.
Having booked half board we got the 5 course dinner each evening. Here is some room for improvement wrt quality of food.
Also we had two advance bookings for a rose bath and a coach drive which were canceled just a few hours before they should take place.
