This hotel was very nice, clean, up to date, and efficient. It had kitchen facilities available (efficiency), and a very cold fridge. (our beer and wine froze!) Restaurants near by were not open, so we could not go there. There is a grocery store that you can walk to and get food for reasonable prices. The morning buffet was good. Yummy chocolate croissants, as well as most things you would want for breakfast in France. The neighbourhood was a little dirty, but otherwise ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a considerable distance from Paris, but when our tour was over we took the subway into the city. It was about 3 blocks to walk to the subway, and in a brief time we were right down by the Louvre. The subway system in France is FANTASTIC. We used it to go to many places including Sacre Coeur and to the airport. I would totally recommend using it to get around this city.
Would i stay at this hotel again? Probably not, because of its location.

The hotel had spacious, clean rooms. The bathroom was also fairly large and clean, and the shower worked very well. Climate control was good but tricky as the AC vented directly on top of the bed causing some large changes in temperatures. We resolved it by setting the temperature on the cooler side and using the comforter. Noise control was also pretty decent though some traffic noise at times was noticeable. The staff was efficient, though not particularly friendly. The breakfast was very adequate, consisting, meats, eggs, cereals and bakery products, as well as a nice selection of drinks from machines.

The rooms were well equipped with a refrigerator and a little kitchen area that was controlled with a separate key.

If distance wasn't a problem I would stay here again. However, the walk to the subway is probably about 20 minutes or more and I will want something closer, so
I would probably look at other possibilities.

We stayed here a members of a tour , it is a nice hotel but it is way too far out of Paris . I would not even consider staying her if I was staying on my own . It has a very small breakfast room . It might be on a quiet area but I didn't think it was a very nice area .

Dear Guest,

Delighted that you appreciated the residence located at less than 1 km to paris.
We know that the breakfast room is a little bit small for a group, we try to find the best solution.
W hope to see you soon in our aparthotel.
Regards.

Christophe Sannajust.

Stayed here at the end of a tour. I don't know why they didn't pick this hotel for the first Paris hotel, it's so much better. Staff is really efficient, and rooms are great. They have kitchenettes, big beds and huge closets to put all your junk away. There's a fridge, microwave, kettle, hot plates. I could live there! Bathroom with a walk in shower and a towel warmer. Walk to a big Monoprix 3 minutes away. The Metro line 4 station is nearby. The only possible con is the small breakfast area but there was lots of choice. It could not handle 50+ people at a time.

This hotel surprised us to the better. The location is not so close to the slcity center, but there is a train station that can get you anywhere in paris, and it is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The room is clean and has all what we needed. We would stay in the same hotel again next time we visit paris.
