Caught up with old friends over a number of bottles of wine and really, this was the perfect venue to do so.
Seeing the reviews here - I have to say I'm surprised! While I can understand that people may have fallen foul of 'out of stock' menu items, that would literally be the only reason I could understand!
The venue is small, and by virtue of this, is not suitable for big groups, try to force a square peg to a round hole and you won't meet with much success! - but for us (as 6) it was perfect.
The atmosphere is fantastic, cozy and just short of being cramped, but the active part of that being just short! I personally loved the bustle of the place as it became busier over the evening.
Service was great all evening, even though our group were there early, and were very jolly be the end of it - we were greeted with nothing but genuine smiles, small talk and excellent recommendations throughout.
As for the price, we all shared together, and between 6 paid just over $35 a head (we did bring our own wine), and left with full bellies and tantalised tastebuds.
Food was worth noting, a mixture of seafood and twists on Mediterranean classics had a good variety for everyone.
So no complaints here - but I guess, hater's gonna hate! Would recommend.
