To start with, El Gasco, the minute village where the restaurant is placed, is really beautiful and worthy to visit.
The restaurant has beautiful views. The owners present each dish with detail and passion. They try to combine tradition and originality. The food tastes great and is made with local, seasonal, good quality products of Extremadura. The owners are attentive, they are eager to recommend and explain if you have any questions. We have doubts with the selection of the wine bottle and they let us try between two before we chose and then, even told us the winery from where the wine comes, just in case we wanted to visit it to taste more varieties.
The quality/price relationship is quite outstanding.
We had a great time, beautiful, a lot of fun.
