St. Thomas's airport,
Cyril E. King International, is one of the largest in the Caribbean and generally sees a high volume of air traffic from great number of carriers both from the US and abroad. This makes East End very easy to get to from just about any place with a major airport. From the airport ground transportation is available to East End in the form of taxis, rental cars, public buses and hotel shuttles. It is important to remember if you are renting a car in St. Thomas that driving is done on the left side of the road, even though the steering wheels of cars are also on the left.
Many people also arrive on the island by way of cruise ships or private boats. Those people arriving in St. Thomas by sea who would like to visit East End can easily catch a taxi from the cruise ship port or marina. Some cruise ships also arrange group excursions to the area for sightseeing and shopping. Ask aboard your ship for details.
