Canadensis is a quiet little village.  It's nestled in the valley between Buck Hill Falls and Skytop.   There are a number of quaint Bed and Breakfast Inns.  It's a place with a lot of history and even a few ghost stories.  The name Canadensis comes from the formal name of the hemlock tree.  The Broadhead Creek runs the length of town, so you can hear the babbling brook from almost anywhere.  Just a short drive in any direction provides activities for both young and old.  There are anitques by the thousands, pottery shops, candies and candles.  Flower shops, and garden nurseries.  Close by there is a deli/coffee shop, and down the road a little farther there is a snack and tea cafe.  It's not far from Camelback/Camelbeach, or The Great Wolf Lodge.  Several golf courses are also within a short drive.  Canadensis is the place to be if you want peace and quiet to read a book, study, or have a romantic get away.  There is a lot to do, or there is nothing to do at all.  You choose.
