A beautiful authentic Greek hideaway perfect for families
From the moment we arrived we were wowed by the beautiful house and host .
The owner niko was on hand on arrival to welcome us with some much needed food and drinks. He spoke to the taxi man to direct him to the house and gave us the tour in the late evening when we arrived.
The house is so charming and every detail is beautiful , the outdoor space and lighting is really unique with an outdoor stereo system which we had in non stop thanks to the lack of neighbours.
The pool was the perfect size has a really cool chill out zone beside it for evening drinks . Multiple hammocks , a pond and lots of Greek decor line the garden as well as a substantial outdoor kitchen with a bbq.
We were spoilt by Niko’s responsiveness to every call. He had a car delivered to the house the day after arrival which made life really easy and is recommended for this house location . niko was out immediately If we needed him and he had some amazing restaurant recommendations too.
The house is like something out of a film or a story book, with 3 big bedrooms
And 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was super well equipped and perfect to cater for a big group. It’s set on about 4/5 acres of land and is really secure with electric gates too.
The kids absolutely loved walking down about 200m To collect fresh eggs every morning and we had fresh figs, Papaya and fresh grapes from the land.

Rustic retreat
Location is not the best as it has industry near by, but you are surrounded by the olive yard so are oblivious to the outside world.
We had a wonderful two weeks at the house. We did travel around the Island, so a car is an essential.
Nikos the owner is a wonderful generous person. Just book and you will find out.
The property is the only one on the site which was great as we do like our privacy.
There are fruit trees and a hen coupe at the far end of the olive yard where you can collect your breakfast eggs every morning.
Just book, you will not be disappointed.

Petit paradis !
Une maison vraiment charmante, bien équipée , avec un grand jardin (on a 3 chihuahuas et ils étaient heureux ), il y a aussi un potager Self service ;-) et un poulailler avec œufs frais à volonté ! Juste le top ! A 10 min de la plage en voiture et 15 min de Rhodes ... A recommander pour ceux qui aime la verdure et la tranquillité..

a hiden jem
We stayed for a week with 2 small kids.
10 min drive from air port, 5 min from large supermarket, 10-15 min from Rhodes city , the water park, and the best coves to snorkel and swim.
Our amazing friendly and helpful owner, Mr. Nikos, was waiting for us when arrived, with a worm welcome and a fridge full of surprises.
The house is big and comfortable, well equipped with anything you may need for a summer family vacation , well maintained and very very clean.
The front patio is a dream under the vines with a perfect siesta hanged-bed, pool is perfect for folly with the kids and has a separate shaded sitting area, the back yard with the hens and herbs was a true joy to complete the pastoral atmosphere.
We had a quite, relaxing, easy great time and it was hard to leave..... When we come back to Rhodes this will definitely be the home we'll want to go back to.

About the neighbourhood
Tsaire is more of an area just outside of Koskinou village. It belongs to the same municipality as Koskinou does. There are some houses clustered here and then, but mainly people are just on their own and happy by themselves. There is not a village or community idea. All the pieces of land here were big plots of land, usually owned by the Koskinou villagers to put their olive trees on, and to go for the weekend to relax in a small self made shed or house. One can take nice walks and go to the backlands of the Olive Yard House. There is a horse riding club close by and biking and hiking is a very wanted activitiy in this neighbourhood. Just around the corner of the house is a Trofo Casa supermarket, but a bit further on the big road Rhodou-Lindou (road going from Rhodes to Lindos) there are bigger supermarkets as the Lidl.carrefour. and the AB.
Close by the Olive Yard house is a bee museum (Museum of Apiculture and of Natural History of the Bee) and it is very interesting how the whole process of honey making is created.

Coming from Rhodes town over the Rodou-Lindou road.On the rodou-linou road you turn right at the sign towards the airport. On that big road you pass a petrol station at your left hand. After this petrol station there is first a small road to the right with signs indicating: “tentes, ten cate”, and “ K.T.E.O.”. you do not take this small road. After this road there is another road going to the right of which the entrance of this road is filled with signs indicating: “HENKEL, ECOLAB”“RODOS LOGISTICS”“ETEM”“HELLAS SERVICE”“BIOTEXNIA”You enter this road and immediately when you can you take a small sandy road going to the right, so you do not pass the bridge.
