The house is on Grant Beach, between Barra Velha and Piçarras.
It is considered one of the best in the area. Surrounded by stones, hills and environmental reserves, this beach pleases its visitors for its natural beauty and calm sea.
At the end of the beach you still find a fishing village, where you can buy fresh and seafood at a more affordable price.
The house is facing the sea, close to markets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants and other trades.
It is a 20-minute drive from Beto Carrero Park.
