Es una casa octogonal con diseño energético en medio del desierto de Sechura en la provincia de Paita. Tienes todas las comodidades para pasar una buena temporada. Buscamos viajeros que aprecien la Naturaleza puesto que tenemos al frente el Area Natural Protegida Isla Foca y estamos en un punto focal de la Reserva de Biosfera del Mar Tropical. Dispones de una playa privada de 5 kilómetros.

He tenido la oportunidad de visitar el Parque Marino Costero en diferentes ocasiones. El lugar esta en una zona privilegiada de naturaleza, frente al mar y desconectado del bullicio de la ciudad. Además los servicios que ofrecen cubren la necesidades de la estadÃa, con el bungalow totalmente equipado, los paseos por el bosque seco, el tour a la Isla Foca y alrededores. Felicito a Jose y a Philine por este lindo proyecto, que va seguir creciendo, son grandes anfitriones. Abrazos y todos los exitos!

Excelente lugar, excelente clima, muy comodo, ideal para disfrutar en familia, del mar, la naturaleza, ademas la casa cuenta con las comodidades necesarias para hacer tu estadÃa una experiencia placentera.

He viajado en dos oportunidades a este lugar y es perfecto si buscas desconectar y disfrutar de una playa limpia, sólo en contacto con la naturaleza. La noches son espectaculares porque no hay nada alrededor.
La casa cuenta con los servicios básicos y un guardián las 24 horas. Puedes aprovechar para visitar las caletas de la Tortuga y la Islilla y vivir una experiencia de pesca artesanal.

About the neighbourhood
La Isla Foca es una isla del noroeste de Perú perteneciente al departamento de Piura. Está situada en el océano PacÃfico a un kilómetro de la costa, frente a la caleta de pescadores La Islilla. La superficie total de la isla aproximadamente es de 92 hectáreas y está dividida en dos por un istmo pequeño y pedregoso que se descubre con la baja marea, conocido como El Bandeadero.2 Éste divide la isla en proporciones desiguales, pero geográficamente similares. La isla Foca se encuentra dentro de la zona de convergencia de la corriente de Humboldt y la corriente ecuatorial, lo que hace favorable la presencia de especies asociadas tanto a aguas cálidas como a aguas templadas.
