This delightful detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the lovely sandy beach in Punta Prima along with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of four bedrooms, one with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a shower room, separate lounge, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a spacious covered terrace leading to the sun terrace and large private pool. Patio furniture, sun loungers and a brick built BBQ are available to relax, soak up Menorca?s sun and enjoy ?Al fresco? dining at its best. **Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd ? 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings. Villa is well situated within Punta Prima with great views over the bay. Kitchen and the shared bathrooms has been updated superseding the ‘brochure’ photos seem here. The only downside was that both rear bedrooms seemed to have very much know about preexisting dampness issue ... resulting in an furry residue on the walls. This was removed using bleach/mold remover during the visit ... but the alkaline smell of the mold persisted and these rooms wee not used.
