This location was perfect! The property is easy to find and Scotty is an amazing host. He came to the property at check in, he was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
The property was the ideal size for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable, inside was clean, modern and had all the amenities you’d need in a holiday rental; kitchenette, microwave, tea and coffee station with a fridge. The property has a wifi hotspot which was so handy; we went into town and paid $15 NZD for 20/25gb of data (so cheap!)
Scotty was available if we needed any help or had any questions.
Cannot recommend this property enough whilst you’re staying in Rarotonga. It’s quiet and serene with views of Raro’s mountains and gardens around the property with tropical flowers. You’re minutes from the beach, great restaurants, cafes, turtle snorkeling and more.
My husband and I will definitely be staying here again.
12/10 recommend!

How to get there
About 30 minutes from airport either take right or left on main rd (only 1 main rd round the island).
As you enter Titikaveka village (village signs) from east take 2nd st on the right once you past Titikaveka college and from the west, the 2nd st on the left once you past Papaaroa school, take Kauare Rd opposite Iros beach villa all the way inland keeping to your left until you come to Raukura holiday homes, x2 orangy buildings.
