A small villa just off the beach, a beautiful location.

Get rid of the avocado tree hanging over the roof and the floors was not swept upon arrrival. We had to find a broom next door to sweep out the cottage and inside the shower. From my experience I felt uneasy and uncomfortable.

We started out in the studio cottage which was limited in space and no conditioning because of construction on the property we were upgraded to a three bedroom home right on the water. It was fabulous. Great snorkeling, very friendly surroundings, and easy access to amenities. Enjoyed the walk to church and the beautiful music. Overall we couldn’t of asked for more. the location is amazing, with uninterrupted views of the water. an idlyllic spot with hammock amongst the trees and a lovely deck. The cottage is pristine, new and modern. Close to some great cafes and restaurants.

Good location, for the price. Just steps from the beach, though minimal view, as there is another house in front, on the same property. The property is well equipped, with lots of towels, kayaks and spare snorkelling equipment. And you will want to snorkel- the coral and multitude of fish are all across the beachfront, at knee height water levels, so even youngsters can see the tropical fish. We had a great time.

aBsic accommodation (very clean) but a good cheaper option on an expensive (NZ prices) island. Excellent to have use of good snorkelling gear ad kayaks. This part of the beach is one of the best on the island, great for swimming and snorkelling.

This isn't a five star resort but its simply beautiful in its simplicity. Reminded us of the quintessential Kiwi beach bach of yesteryear. Very quiet (apart from roosters which are unavoidable Island feature anywhere) with no road noise. Clean & tidy with everything you need for a simple relaxing holiday. Right on the beach, the best snorkelling was to left in reserve with giant clams & more coral. Saw a coconut crab one night.
