A very nice, bright, large apartment (85 m2 + terrace 17 m2) walking distance (500 m) from the beach and the famous Finca Cortesin golf course, with 2 bedrooms, and a sunset terrace for warm afternoons and evenings, WiFi, 2 full bathrooms. There is also an inflatable full size double bed that can be put in the living room to accomodate up to 6 people in total. The apartment is in a gated security urbanization, with 2 quiet pools (also for children - open mid May to late Oct) located in a nice garden area with palm trees. The fantastic Casares Costa beach is just 5 minutes walking distance away (you can se it from the terrace), less than 500 metres from the apartment, where there's a very nice 'chiringuito' – open-air restaurant. The apartment is fully furnished, equipped with air conditioning/heating as well as an open fire place. The kitchen has a fridge, washing mashine, microwave oven etc, and all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. There's a flat screen TV with TDT-box (local channels only) and a DVD player. You will find clean sheets and towels, and cleaning service is optional during your stay.There is a very good grocery shop (large Lidl) nearby (1.5 km), as well as a petrol station/super market just 250 m away and the beautiful Finca Cortesina golf course with its great restaurant is just a few hundred metres away. A car is not necessary, but very useful when exploring the surroundings, besides rental cars are usually cheap in Spain. The apartment is next to a very calm street with lots of parking spaces less than 20 metres away. Use the elevator for heavy luggage. Malaga airport is about 80 km (56 miles) away (less than one hour on the autopista), and Gibraltar is about 40 km (25 miles). The Sotogrande's luxury port is just 15 minutes away. Malaga airport offers a wide range of car rental companies with easy access and competitive prices.
Very clean and spacious appartment, ideal getaway from the masses
The following points would summarise our experience of this appartment and holiday:
- Very impressed with quality of appartment, and has a nice balcony.
- Owners and management are very helpful and always on hand.
- Excellent clean and tidy communial pool to use.
- Played football on the pitch adjacent to the appartments every day with the kids.
- A car is a must, with the local supermarket approx a mile away.
- Beautiful beaches are accessible via a short walk, and are stunning.
- No hassle/canvassing from restaurants of market owners, which was a real plus.
- The Argentinian Steakhouse called 'el bistro', is a must.
- Great location to venture further a field to the likes of Marbella, Gibraltar, and Estapona.
We would definitely consider using this appartment again...:-)

A perfect holiday in Spain!
A perfect holiday location for the family, with or without children/teenagers. Good directions from the airport! A fresh apartment with the owners hospitality ”in the walls”. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and pans, dish washer, washing machine and micro. You won´t miss a thing. The apartment has a large balcony with a lovely view. The pool area is well maintained and quiet, just as the entire area. If you want to enjoy a relaxed holiday you have found the perfect place at walking distance from the beach. We will be back next summer, can´t wait!

El apartamento ideal para unas vacaciones
Ubicación excelente, cercano a la playa y a la vez situado en urbanización tranquila, el dueño muy atento y amable, y cercano a todo tipo de servicios! Me encanta!!. Es un apartamento muy independiente, con una terracita ideal y bastante grande, donde puedes disfrutar del.desayuno.y cena. Muy completo en cuanto a menaje (toallas, sábanas, cubertería,etc). Si me lo puedo permitir el año que viene....no dudaría en volver!!!!
