This spacious 3 bedroom villa (150sq m) sleeps 6. 1 King size double bedroom with ensuite, bedroom no 2 with a superking bed or option of 2 singles and a 3rd bedroom also with the option of a superking or 2 singles. Cots and highchairs are available. There is a large living room with dining area which leads out onto the large garden terrace equipped with table, chairs and relaxing sofas and outside BBQ grill. The garden terrace opens on a large grassed area of the community gardens and you can find the shared community pool just approximately 50 meters away. There is a gate to keep toddlers safe at the front and back of the house. There is a fully fitted well equipped kitchen with integrated white goods and wine and beer fridge . On the roof terrace there are 2 terraces and fully equipped with a kitchen facilities , fridge, sink, glasses ,crockery etc. Tables, chairs, sun loungers, bbq. Stunning terraces with fantastic view that get the sun all day and magical sunrises and sunsets. On a lucky day you can sea dolphins !
The villa is also has beach chairs, beach tables , umbrellas , picnic cool bags , games , adult bikes , kids scooters , kites, and a gazebo! . There is a smart TV/radio, sonos speakers and fibre optic wifi internet access available. Absolutely everything for a wonderful holiday. All bed linen, bath towels are provided . The villa is well equipped for babies and toddlers. A full size cot , plus a travel cot, bedding , high chair, stair gates, safety bed panel and toddler booster seat are available.
There is also a supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Beach bars are just minutes walk away . The pool has a life guard in July and August and there are Life guards on the blue flag beach during the peak season .
A gym, tennis court, paddle courts ,pilates ,yoga are available just a few minutes walk . A large indoor pool and spa are just 5 minutes walk away in the local townof Sabinillas so great for winter use.

Everything about the house is top quality. Our family includind a baby had a great time with plenty to do around the area.

Holiday rental
We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely house for a week 3 adults and 2 children. The house met and exceeded our expectations it was definitely more of a home than a holiday rental there was everything you could want and more even down to providing beach equipment and toys and games for the children. It is situated a stroll away from the beach and also has a lovely communal pool. We loved the ease of access to restaurants bars shops etc and the fact that the resort remains fundamentally Spanish.
We were particularly impressed with the speed that owners Jenny and Gary answered our queries giving us detailed information. We have rented many holiday rentals in the past but we all agreed this exceeded any we had been to. Would we go back? absolutely.

Fantastic place
Firstly must thank Jenny and Gary (owners) for being so patient and understanding during this COVID pandemic. We should have travelled 2020 but it got cancelled and full refund given ( no quibble) rebooked for 2021 and even up to5 days before travel we were unsure due to traffic light system if we could travel. We arrived and it was even better than we expected you really can just turn up with a few clothes as the owners have thought of everything. The location to beach and amenities is great no need for a car as you can walk, cycle or use buses to everything. The paseo is great for walking (and running) as flat and very pretty. The beach is long, wide and ever crowded and well serviced by lifeguards and beach cleaners

Stunning Villa in perfect location
This fantastic modernised villa is located within yards of the beach on the lovely med. There are lots of fantastic beach bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Sabinillis town is a short walk from the villa with shops and a great choice of restaurants, Duqesa Port is a little further on boasting more restaurants by the harbour. Casares also close by has some fabulous restaurants up in the mountain region and 2 fabulous golf courses for those keen golfers.
The villa is exceptionally well equipped and clean throughout. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, one with en-suite bathroom. The downstairs living area has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a lovely patio area with very nice good quality seating for dining and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and the upstairs roof terrace has its own bar area with sink/fridge and cooking facilities and more seating dining areas with great views across the bay. If you are taking children on holiday this is the perfect location as you are right by the beach (no parking) and there is also an outdoor pool with a child's pool close by to the villa. The beautifully kept grounds around the villa are very safe and secure, key entry is only given to the residents. There are plenty of beach chairs/loungers/umbrella's etc for use at the beach.
The owners really have thought of everything, can't wait to go back!

Excellent location - beautiful villa in a fabulous Urbanización - villa facilities sheer luxury- beach a minutes walk, long and sandy. Restaurants, bar’s, and markets in close vicinity - didn’t want to come home!

La ubicación estupenda,al lado de la playa, lo que supone una ganancia en tiempo y en comodidad, sobre todo con niños. Una zona en la que se respira tranquilidad. Es el alojamiento mejor provisto en el que he estado, ¡habÃa de todo!. Las cenas y sobremesas en la terraza superior de lujo, con el cielo como techo. La única pega del tiempo de nuestra estancia ha sido la coincidencia con las medusas, mala suerte... playa con poco baño...pero al menos tenÃamos piscina (tambien para niños) para resarcirnos.

Great beach side villa, home from home!
Lovely villa in a great location, superb roof terrace with bar which is the best bit!
Villa is really nicely furnished & incredibly well equipped. Plenty of the usual crockery, pots/pans etc plus loads of beach/sports stuff, chairs, brollies, cool bags, beach bags... even scooters for the kids!
Location wise the villa is minutes from the beach with nice shared pool where the local residents congregate. Pleasant stroll along the promenade to the town with nice beachside restaurants.
The owner Jenny could not be more helpful offering lots of suggestions of things to do, places to go. Would definitely recommended the local Roman Spa that the locals visit. Would happily go back & stay again.

A lovely well equipped house in a great location.
We stayed in this house in April 2017. It is a lovely well equipped house in a great location. The owner is a delight to deal with and very helpful. The key holders live near the property and were also a delight and very helpful. The house really is a home away from home and the beach is literally one minute away.

Fantastic Villa!!
Owners were lovely and so helpful, property is fantastic with unbelievable amount of kit from toys to bikes, to BBQ's ... you name it, it's there!!
Location is great with lovely shared pool and beautiful gardens. Roof top terrace is fantastic and the private sitting area that looks out to the gardens is perfect for breakfast in the sun.
The property did not have AC for our visit although there were lots of fan, I understand that A/C is going into the bedrooms for 2017!!
Can't recommend highly enough!!

We are now fully registered with the Andalusian tourist board , a new requirement for rentals in southern Spain .A log burner for the winter and air conditioning will be installed over this winter along with a refurbished and extended upper terrace with an outside kitchen area .A new family bathroom will also be installed at the same time. . This Marina de Casares property is located on a secure gated development with the gardens opening onto on the beach on the edge of the town of San Luis de Sabinillas. The local long beach Playa Ancha and the adjoining beach La Colina have showers, toilets, numerous beach bars, volley ball nets and football goals to keep everyone occupied. This is a long and wide beach and there is plenty of room and its never feels crowded. There are life guards patrolling the beach in the summer months. The local town is just 5 minutes walk along the beach promenade which has plenty of cafes , tapas bars ,restaurants, and shops - and its pedestrian only walk way. There are several supermarkets in town and the closest is Lidl just 5 minutes walk. Next to the mini market is a small cafe and bar frequented by the locals offering snacks and drinks. Also within a minutes walk of the villa is a new beach club/sport centre offering brand new tennis and padl tennis courts . Just the other side of Sabinillas is the lively marina of Duquesa with numerous bars and restaurants offering a large variety of international and Spanish cuisine. Further on is the Duquesa Castillio area famous of its fish restaurants. There are numerous parks with great play equipment for children. There are lovely play areas on the beach and along the promonade and this allows fams to sit and enjoy a drink and meal whilst the children are able to play on the nearby equipment safely within your sights. There are water parks along the coast , Selwo Zoo and adventure park is nearby in Estepona. There is local market held in Sabinillas on Fridayand Sundayand also other occur in Estepona and Puerto Banus , there is just loads of choice. There is a wealth of outdoor activities locally and a local agent even organises day trips to places like Seville Granada Corbodoa and even Africa. The mountains inland famous for it eagles and they can often been seen flying above you as you make your way up the mountain inland . After a busy day out return to the villa relax on the sofa and and watch the sun set in the mountain over a glass of wine.
Getting around
You do not need a car once at the property , it is a short walk into the town of Sabinillas for Supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc and the local friday market is just a few minutes walk . There is a regular bus service to Estepona and to and from Gibraltar airport. It is also possible to get a bus from Malaga to Sabinillas. There are regulated taxi service available locally and airport pick ups can be arranged approx 50 euros from Gibralter or approx 90 -120 euros from Malaga airport.

Fly to Malaga or Gibraltar airport . The property is just 55 minutes drive from Malaga and 25 minutes from Gibraltar along the motorway AP7 .Further instructions will be issued following any bookings made. There are buses available from both airports and to the local town of Sabinillas so a car is not necessary for your holiday but there are numerous car hire places offering reasonable prices if you want to get out and about and explore the regions.
