Relax and entertain in your living room with a television, DVD player, books, toys, and games for everyone to enjoy. Five bedrooms welcome up to 14 guests in the following arrangements: (1) 3 singles beds (ground floor bedroom), (2) one double bed (ground floor bedroom), (3) one double bed and 1 single bed, (4) one double bed, (5) one double bed and one single sofa bed, and the common area has two double beds, each sleeping two guests. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is equipped for guests with limited mobility. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. This elegant and modern villa is ideally located for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers as it borders stunning Sant Llorenc de Munt Natural Park. Guests are welcome to bring pets with pre-approval and for an additional fee. Please inquire for more information. Please, ask for more information. * Pets are allowed for an extra cost of 100 euros per pet per week. *This property allows guests under 25 years of age. ---------------------------------------------- Cleaning Policy: 1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above. 3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay. 4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied . 5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
