It is fast ,efficient ,punctual and reasonable .tTokyo has 2 major airports : Narita and Haneda: Narita is the main airport .Tokyo has a wealth of fascinating cultural and entertainment pleas to visit:Also don't forget the food and shopping !!Temples and shrine:: Meiji Jingu in Harajaku only 8 minutes away from the apartment:Museums: Ueno National Museum , only 15 minutes from the apartment Nezu museum: Aoyama 7 minutes:Roppongi hills and Mori Museum 5 minutes :The National Art Center, Tokyo Midtown :All above are within5to 10 minutes walk.
We were able to find the apartment easily. The apartment is just as it shows in the photos. The TV did not work while we were there (would come on, but no channels), it rained for an entire day and it would have come in handy. The apartment was close to buses, a quick cab ride to the Shibuya station where we able to catch a train anywhere we needed to go. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as convenience stores. The WIFI that was provided would not connect while we were there. Thank you!!

They were nice people! but they were no communication at all. They booked for 2 people and they were staying 4 people. Unfortunately the wifi didnt connect because of the number of people that was unknown and I was not informed about the wifi of not working during there stay until they mentioned it in there review.
