Beautiful, clean, well stocked with lots of space for all. Thoroughly recommended
Extremely clean and spacious. Lots of informal seating and plenty of dining to accommodate everyone together. Cosy in cold weather and beautiful sun room, outside seating for sunshine. Thoroughly recommend this gorgeous house.

Ideal place to stay for family get together
It really suited us for our family get together, and the garden offered some great photo opportunities for celebrating some family events together that we have been unable to celebrate over the past 2 years. However it is quite remote from many tourist type activities. We especially enjoyed a trip to Hadrian’s Wall taking in the Sycamore Gap. Newcastleton itself offered various places to eat, the best being the Copshaw Kitchen. And the local Spar proved useful! We also took advantage of the local fuel station to help support the local economy.

Stunning Luxurious Property
A stunning Georgian property finished to a high standard. Much thought and attention to detail has gone into the furnishings and interior of the accommodation. The same can be said for stunning garden at the rear of the house. The beds are the most luxurious and comfortable we have ever stayed in. A much welcome relaxing holiday in the perfect accommodation.

Will John’s birthday in Newcastleton
I had no problem at all renting the property and I was looking for a large house to celebrate my birthday!

Wonderful stay
Absolutely recommend a stay here in Newcastleton. Wonderful house that has everything you need for a comfortable time. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely comfy bedrooms with en suite, and even an impressive dining room for a dinner party.
The people of the village are so welcoming and helpful. Recommend the Copthorne Kitchen. Food was sublime.
Definitely recommend a stay here.

Fantastic house to celebrate New Years with Friend
The house was spacious and beautifully furnished. There was ample space for 10 of us and 2 lounges meant the kids had their own space.
The beds were so comfortable everyone slept really well. The large bedrooms and ensuites meant nobody had to compromise on bedrooms.
We cooked and made use of the large dining room. There was plenty of kitchenware and even a wine fridge👍.
Nice touches like a large Christmas tree, lots of logs for the fire, biscuits and whisky and gin as gifts made it extra special.
Would definately recommend as a place to stay with family or friends.

Beautiful house with everything you need in a stunning location
Fulll attention to detail in this property and the photos don’t do it justice it is totally stunning. Traditional house with high ceilings and period features but packed with all the mod cons needed to make your stay perfect. The village is great too with the butchers a must visit along with homespun craft workshops ... we all had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again
