BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor. - The room on the ground floor is for kids. - AC, WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - Balcony is offered in the room on the second floor. - 2 single beds are available in the room on the ground floor, king-sized bed in the rooms on the first floor and queen-sized bed in the room on the second floor. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms with seating for up to 8 people and 6 people respectively. - WiFi is offered in both the living rooms. - The dining room seats 6 people. - There is a lawn with gazebo and seating for up to 25 people. - There is a terrace and a balcony. - It can seat up to 50 guests at any given time. - There is a swimming pool which is 25x13 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - A cook can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.  - It is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a toaster and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. FOOD - All meals can be arranged from nearby restaurants. - Guests can also choose to eat out in nearby restaurants like Tambourine Restaurant, Hussain Biryani, Amma Unavagam and Rock Pepper Fitters.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like monopoly, cards and ludo. Guests can chill out at the gazebo on the terrace. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are CCTV cameras installed in the external area for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 4-5 hours. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly well here. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. More
