Superbe villa spacieuse et trés bien équipée rien ne manque.trés beau jardin avec belle piscine. Merci à Dominique pour son accueil et à Marine pour sa disponibilté ses conseils et idées de visites.

Lovely house - comfortable, clean, well maintained...
Lovely house - comfortable, clean, well maintained- everything worked. Great local town (10 mins walk), sandy beach 5 minutes away. Marine - the owner - incredible - helpful, provided good recommendations on where to go/what to do. Really enjoyed it!

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, gemütlich und mit dem...
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, gemütlich und mit dem Pool ein sehr schöner Ort zum entspannen v.a. für die Kinder. Es ist alles drin was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Superbe villa et sa piscine
Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa au calme près des marais .
Un point fort de cette location : sa piscine et son environnement.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Outstanding Oleron
We had the best time ever at La Cotiniere. The villa was absolutely wonderful as were the gardens and pool area. The location was superb, set in tranquil surroundings with the village of La Cotiniere a short walk away. Marine, the owner was truly lovely - kind, caring and very helpful. We would love to return to the villa in the future and fully recommend it to anyone looking to escape to the beautiful island of Oleron.

Villa la Cotinière
La villa est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Elle est au calme à 5 min de la Cotinière. Le jardin est très agréable avec de nombreux coins repas et détentes. Piscine chauffée très apprécié de tous. Merci à Dominique qui est très accueillante et à l écoute. Nous avons passée une excellente semaine de farniente.

Semaine entre amis
Maison dans le charmant village de la cotinnière. Très bon emplacement. Au calme parfait pour se reposer. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Belle et Lumineuse villa
Idéalement située pour profiter de l'île d'Oleron, belle villa très bien conçue et aménagée pour le confort des hôtes accueillis. Elle est lumineuse et sans vis à vis.
Belle piscine chauffée et joli jardin fleuri et arboré avec vélos à disposition dans le garage.
Marine est très disponible pour aider à s'y installer et régler les petits problèmes éventuels.
Un beau séjour à renouveler !

Au calme
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa bien équipée, lits très confortables, description conforme, tout y était, même une machine à café à capsules (nespresso ou similaires )
