Beautifully maintained open plan cottage with double glazing on all doors and windows. Fully air conditioned with reverse cycle air conditioners. Large rooms, with fully equipped kitchen - gas hotplates, electric oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher. Free WIFI. Beautiful outdoor area - large lawn, rose covered fences - perfect bbq area. Fully fenced with automatic gate and parking for up to 4 cars. Very close to public transport, walking distance to the Cappuccino Strip with a large variety of good restaurants and shops. Minimum stay - 4 nights

the hideaway

We had a great time . plenty of space inside and outside loved the garden great shower , cosy beds home away from home . James was a great host . would I go back again yes yes I have stayed in 6or7 different holiday rentals some a lot more expensive but I rate that as the best . I wish James and Family a very good X Mass

About the neighbourhood

Victoria Park is the first suburb south of the Swan River from the City of Perth. we have excellent access to public transport with the local train station a short walk from our holiday home. you can be in the heart of Perth in just less than 10 minutes! We have parks in our area, some with play equipment as well as bbq facilities. Tomato Lake is situated just a couple of kilometers away and has excellent play facilities for children and a cycle path around a large lake.
