The excellent holiday villa, is located only a few steps away from the beautiful beach of Torre Lapillo (just 200 meters), a town famous for its expanse of fine sand beach and the clarity of the sea. The house has a paved space in front of the house that allows you to park a small car, let your children play freely while relaxing on the rocking chair, reading a good book or enjoying a fresh drink. At the back of the house we find a well-shaded and well-equipped courtyard, with chairs, tables and stone barbecue where you can have lunch or dinner. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all very spacious, well furnished and with air conditioning (one air conditioner in each room): the first room consists of a double bed and a single bed and has a bathroom en suite with shower and toilet. In the other two bedrooms there is a double bed and a single bed. Further the is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets; at guests' disposal there are also a washing machine and an iron complete with an ironing board. The charming holiday home is perfect for 6-10 people, hence couples, group of friends or families with children.
