Travel cot on request. Oil, electricity and gas included for normal usage (excess usage will be charged extra).  Wood/coal will be available but if used must be replenished. This property has an outside ramp and is wheelchair accessible (downstairs only).  Clients are responsible for removing their rubbish and recycling, which is all explained in the Welcome Book at the cottage.
