It is just a few steps to the beatiful beach, to swim, sun ,snorkel and gourgeous sunsets. The restaurants, grocerie, hotels, casinos and shops are just a few minutes drive. We have hot water, free wireless internet, towels for shower and towels for beach. We rent beach chairs and snorkeling equipment, also have a rental car available for our guests. My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary with a first-time trip to Aruba. The villa is located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood on the northwestern shore of the island. This separate, downstairs apartment was amazing and exceeded my wildest dreams. The immaculate apartment included an updated kitchen and a large, private, covered outdoor dining area. with a wonderful breeze always. All this and a 30 SECOND walk to the best snorkeling on the island! It was not unusual for us to snorkel and swim 3 - 4 times a day, it was just that fantastic. Our hostess Veronika was pleasant and very accommodating- we will certainly return!

Great accomodation
Excellent location, great view, awesome service and nice and cosy room. The staff is helpful and willing to give all the advice we needed. Location is just great, the beach is only a few steps from the house and offers the best snorkeling experience. We had splendid time here and definitely are coming back.

Location, location, location!
In real-estate the 3 most important things are location, location, location. Well, that should also be the mantra for picking your vacation destination. Eagle, Palm and Arashi beaches are all beautiful, but I would say Arashi is nicer because you aren’t sharing it with thousands of people. The other major plus for this location is the snorkeling. My wife and I love to go snorkeling, and we went every day – sometimes 2 or 3 times a day! In less than a minute you can be in the water, and you don’t have to pay to go out on one of the boats.
We tended to go in the morning, before the boats started arriving, and then later in the day, after the boats had gone. We even went out a few times at night with flashlights, definitely worth trying. I expected to love the beach and the snorkeling, but the trail that wraps around the north end of the Island was a real treat for those of us who like to go on morning or evening walks. The waves crashing into the rocky shoreline are spectacular.
The property manager, Veronika, is super nice and helpful. She’s in the office downstairs during most of the day, and if not she’s just a phone call away. They have a vehicle you can rent, but in our case Veronika arranged our Jeep rental – which went without a hitch. The property is clean, private and quiet – except for when the party busses go by, which is actually fun. The views from the large terrace are amazing. We ate every meal out there. There’s air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was helpful. We hadn’t been to Aruba in the summer before, and it was definitely hotter and more humid than in January. The kitchen doesn’t have air, but that wasn’t an issue. The terrace is great in the morning and evening. In the mid-day it gets pretty hot up there, so we found that we had to spend the afternoons at the beach. Not a problem.
Your satisfaction will depend on what you like to do and the type of experience you want. Think of this as your beach house, not an all-inclusive 5 star resort with cabana boys to bring you drinks. If I had a beach house it would not be as nice as my everyday house. We would stock it with our older kitchen stuff and linens, and it might not have AC everywhere, but I would be on vacation and it’s at the beach! Everyone in our group LOVED their stay at Beach White Villa!! We may not all be back again as a group, but my wife and I are already looking forward to coming back and staying in one of their one bedroom units.

Amazing, clean, spacious! The beach is literally 30 seconds away! Best Snorkeling on the island.
We rented Studio - Apt. A for the week. We loved this place! Clean with an amazing location! Great customer service. We would recommend this property to friends and family!

Inexpensive option to be in the best location
Very basic apartment with the key selling point being the close proximity to Catalina Bay and awesome snorkeling. No ocean view but a short walk to the beach and paradise. Apartment isn't a standard studio. There is a door separating the bedroom from the kitchen and bathroom. It also has a few small step ups going room to room that can be hard to navigate at night. Rooms are dark but air conditioning is cold and wifi is fast. Kitchen does not have any spices or leave behinds so bring your own supplies. I would also bring your own towels and wash clothes if you want soft. They provide but they are rather old, dingy, and scratchy. The rental car is very convenient but all tint is dark making it hard to drive at night without rolling windows down. Veronica is awesome. Friendly helpful and easy to reach.

Dear Tara, thank you for your review and your stay in our house. We appriciate your observation. We took the tint from our rental car down. It's more confortable with tint in daytime, but you are right that it wasn't confortable in night time. Also we ordered new towels so you can check it by your next stay and hopefly next time we improve your feeling to get full rating from you. We are looking for your next visit! Sunny regards,
