We stayed in this lovely property June 20-26. Booked on short notice, without having much information on where we were going or what was available. From the very beginning, the communication with Lynne and Brian was great. Once we arrived, and had to spend the first night in Provo, we fell in love with this area of the world. Our first night was at Sibonne Beach Hotel, and I also highly recommend staying there. Price was reasonable compared to the other high dollar resorts surrounding it, but it was small and personal. We purchased some groceries at Graceway IGA, and headed to the ferry to North Caicos. We arrived a few hours earlier than planned, and was able to reach Mac of M&M Taxi and he kindly met us early. He showed us the entire property and explained everything in detail. He also helped arrange fishing when we got confused on who was who on the island. Upon arriving at the house, we found the location to be optimal, right on the beach, elevated enough for a beautiful view. We turned off the a/c everywhere but in the bedroom we were staying in, and took off for the beach. We explored Barracuda Beach Bar (.7 mi from the house, easy walk), and had a great meal. We enjoyed all the amenities the home offered, and lacked for nothing. The kitchen contains more than enough for cooking meals and making beverages/coffee. We loved the layout as it was just the two of us, so we used one bedroom for suitcases and the other for sleeping. The small 'apartment' type bedroom on the bottom floor would be great if you had kids, in order to give them their own space, but we did not need it. Having a washer/dryer available to get some laundry done was fantastic. We explored North and Middle Caicos top to bottom. (Car rental from Emmy's, and they delivered it to the house and picked it up!) Although the few stores with groceries don't carry a lot, we could have easily just waited and purchased most or all of what we needed on the island. If you are not picky, and you want to just get to your vacation spot, I would suggest buying very little in Provo and taking a chance on what's available when you get there. I recommend a tour at Wade's Green Plantation, Three Mary's Cay, Bambarra Beach, Wild Cow Run Beach - if you are adventurous, fishing/snokeling with JR and Stanley, and so much more. Loved it there, hope to return, Thank you for sharing your home.
