We have recently renovated the downstairs of our old Turks and Caicos house, which used to be the children's home. We have always wanted to live on the beach, and although we are a few steps away, we love this location! The end of a cul de sac, residential area, 5 minute walk on the beach to the Conch Shack . 7 minutes by car to Turtle Cove, 10 minutes to the Grocery store, 15 to Grace Bay.
We wanted to have our own theme, and have some fun at the same time.
We are big travelers, but not good tourists, we prefer to be a little more local, and if that's what you like then this is for you. We are both Diving Instructors and have worked in the dive industry for over 10 years, we set up our apartments with divers in mind, easy gear storage, gear washing, share you diver stories.............

We are both vaccinated now but we like to give you all the space but on hand should you need us!
Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the kitchen amenities your could need. The host is very accessible and helpful. She helped us make reservations for a trip to North and Middle Caicos. She is very knowledgeable of the area and knows the best restaurants.

Great place for the price!!!
The beach house was a great space in a good location! A two minute walk to the Thompson Cove private beach and a short drive to Turtle Cove, Grace Bay or Chalk Sound for shopping, dining or relaxing by the many other amazing beaches! I highly recommend renting this vacation property!!!

Our Home Away From Home ... The Olde Beach House is equipped with all your needs ... tastefully decorated as comfortable as being home ...we enjoyed our stay at the Olde Beach House. If you're not the Resort/all Inclusive type, you will be very happy. A short walk to your own private beach. Emma is lovely ... extremely helpful. We'll be Back ...

Perfect paradise!
My husband and I stayed in this lovely one bedroom apartment for 9 days over the Christmas holidays. It was exactly what we wanted...spacious, homey, relaxed and very well equipped. Far away from the touristy section of Provo island....but with a car you can have all that too in just a few minutes drive.
The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make our own meals when we wanted to and eat them on our private deck in an amazing tropical garden. The bedroom was air conditioned and had a very comfy bed, in the living-room there was free wifi , cable and apple TV allowed us to stream music and stay in touch with family whenever we wanted to . But the two minute walk to our own pristine private beach was the best!!!
Our host Emma was SO lovely. She made us very welcome and answered any questions we had. Her friendly, bubbly personality made me feel like we had been friends for years. She even arranged a Scuba diving trip for us that was spectacular. Thanks Emma ....you are the best!
So if you are looking for a Caribbean home away from home then look no further. This place was everything we were looking for and then some!!!

Peaceful and Quiet
One bedroom apartment in the peaceful and quiet area of Turtle Cove with a beautiful garden, and short walk to a private beach. A very homey, clean apartment with full kitchen, living room, and dining area... tastefully decorated ... Emma was very helpful ... making our car rental and dinner reservations. She is very informative ... it was like having you're own personal consierge. It was more than we expected ... an unforgettable stay ... highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Total comfort and very enjoyable, beach paradise.
We had visited Turks several years ago for our 25th anniversary and found the island a beautiful beach lover's paradise. We returned for a week recently and chose The Old Beach House for our accommodations. We where not disappointed at all, in fact staying here was head over heels better than staying in a resort with the crowds. The residence shared by Emma and Roger was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Past experience had taught us that a car was definitely a luxury if you wanted to see other parts of the island and venture out for dinner or groceries. The home owners definitely made sure you where comfortable and provided guidance to some of the lesser seen adventures on the island. Although there was a beach within a couple minute walk from your door we also took full advantage of the plentiful and extremely beautiful public access spots all along Grace Bay. While having a place to prepare meals came in handy we also enjoyed some local fare on numerous occasions. One of our fondest memories and special treat where the fresh eggs supplied by Emma's chickens. We hope to be returning asap and this is going to be our first choice of accommodations.

Fun in the sun -:- Niagara Falls
Very quite and homey just like home.
Enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed, very quite and cozy. Our hosts Emma and Roger were very nice and helped with any of our questions and also booked excursions for us.The beach was a very short walk and we spent many of our days enjoying this secluded beach. You definitely need a car to see the island. Grace Bay area beach is one of the nicest beach we have ever been to. Things are very pricey on the island. We bought groceries at the local IGa and we ate most of our meals in our well equipped kitchen. We will definitely return to the island, every one was very nice and we enjoyed the quite lifestyle that this island has.

A peaceful, restfull, geniune spot - with the beach less than a
The olde beach house apartment was much more than we ever expected. This was our first trip to the TCI. We were looking for something affordable, safe, located close to the beach and most of all, private. We could not have asked for anything better. The one bedroom apartment is simply and tastefully furnished. It is not crowded, but open, and the modern amenities such as a wonderful bathroom and kitchen could not have been better. The barbecue in the garden and the shaded areas around the house made for great meals and dining. In fact we only ventured out to eat once our entire week and were happy to have all of our meals outdoors. We were even fortunate enough to picked papayas in the garden for our breakfast. The most crowded the nearby beach might get would be 4 or 5 others, and within 5 to 10minutes of beach walking you can visit some local beachfront restaurants, including the famous Conch Shack. A few minutes further along you visit the wonderful laid-back community of Blue Hills. Walking to the grocery store or liquor store is a bit of a hike, so a rent a car would be recommended at least for part of your stay. Emma and Roger were perfect hosts. Emma met us upon arrival at the house and was an excellent resource for all of our trip planning arrangements rental cars, a ferry crossing to North Caicos, and general directions and recommendations. When we first made our plans we only booked three nights at The Olde Beachhouse, but after the first night we immediately decided that this was the place for us and were fortunate enough to stay the week. We are already planning another visit and will definitely make this part of our next vacation in the TCI.

Gloriously secluded
Excellent hosts, very well equiped, new apartments, what more do you want? Yup a little of the beaten track, but you get the best of both worlds, a safe beach to yourself, peace and quiet, and a small island, so you're never far from anywhere! Good value and the owners are so professional. Highly recommended.

off the beaten path
My husband and I stayed at the beach house and enjoyed the time we spent on the island. If you are looking to stay away from the large hotels and cookie cutter experience stay here. The location is perfect quiet and minuites away from some great secluded beaches restaurants and the hustle and bustle of the strip with all the resorts. The apartment has everything you need and the owners are there if you need them . Emma was a wealth of information and she was like having a private consierge making reservations for us for meals and excursions.Its a good idea to rent a car but you would want one anyway to see the island.(emma can rent one for you) Driving is easy not much traffic at all. Supermarkets nearby to buy snacks and such and a beach 5 min walk if you choose.We came back relaxed and wanting to return.You cant beat the value if you are looking to get away and experience island living.

Residential, hidden gem in Thompsons Cove, just minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the Conch Shack on the beach.
Dead end road, no through traffic.
Parking no problem, 15 minutes from Grace Bay, 10 from IGA, and 7 from Turtle Cove, 5 from the airport, centrally located.
Because this is not on the tourist trail, you will find very few people on our beach. Every morning we watch the osprey fly past with breakfast.
